By the time all the commotion had settled, it was already noon on the sixth. Qian Guran’s condition was stable, and according to the doctors, he was out of life-threatening danger, but he remained in a coma.

This situation was unmanageable, staying out of town was very inconvenient, so Lawyer Yao contacted the hospital in Qi Yuan to transfer Qian Guran there and arranged for a special care ward.

Even without seeing He Kao, Lawyer Yao processed all the relevant paperwork, indicating her relationship with Qian Guran was definitely not ordinary, to the extent of simply informing each other when needed.

With Old Qian in a coma, the one accompanying him should likely have been his closest family, yet here it was, just Lawyer Yao, and she seemed perfectly natural about it.

Yao Shaolan was the first to greet He Kao, "You must be He Kao, right? I often hear Old Qian mention you, as well as President E and Huang Si, and I heard that you all take good care of him at work, and have a pretty good relationship normally."

Initially, He Kao thought that after the last few days, Lawyer Yao would be in an exhausted state, but she appeared much better than he expected, showing no signs of fatigue.
