Her Dark Desires-Chapter 79: You Are Only Mine

"Okay, you can take a break and prepare for the second shoot," Felicia said with a smile. As expected, the photos turned out even better than she had imagined.

Eliana nodded and ran to hug Zach, who immediately wrapped his hands around her with a smile on his face.

"Oh my goodness! Are you seeing what I’m seeing, is Mr. Sanders currently smiling?" Karis asked in surprise, and she was not the only one who was surprised; even Cristal was surprised to see a smile on Zachary’s face.

"On a scale of one to ten, how pretty do I look?" Eliana asked Zach with a cutesy smile.

Cristal rolled her eyes at her and expected Zach to ignore her because everyone knew how serious he was when he was in the company, but to her surprise and disappointment, Zach leaned to kiss his wife and said, "A perfect hundred."

"Aww. I never knew the boss was so sweet."

"What a perfect couple."

Eliana felt flustered when Zach kissed her in front of everyone. She was only trying to tease him and didn’t expect him to kiss and go along with her.

Eliana pulled away and said "I.....I need to get ready for the second shoot. You should get going."

"I will wait for you."

"Aren’t you busy?"

"I’m not. I will wait for you, then we will go home together."

Eliana nodded and went inside the dressing room to get ready for her second shoot.

An hour later, the shoot ended and Eliana found Zach talking to Cristal.

Eliana walked to stand by his side and caught a glimpse of anger and envy in Cristal’s eyes. It was brief, but she saw it, and that meant she was right: Cristal does have feelings for Zach.

"I will send the information to you tomorrow," Cristal said to Zach.

"Send it to Ethan and he will pass it to me," Zach replied coldly.

"But....."

"That will be all." Zachary stated firmly; he turned his attention to his wife and softly asked, "Are you ready to go?"

Eliana nodded with a smile and together they left the studio.

Immediately they entered the car, Eliana said "Cristal likes you."

"Is that a joke?" Zachary asked as he put on his seatbelt but when he heard no reply from his wife, he looked at her and realized she was serious.

"I can’t believe you are so clueless."

Zachary scoffed at her comment and replied, "You are the last person to talk about being clueless when it comes to the opposite gender liking them, or should I remind you about Jason?"

"Ok, fine, we are both beautiful, and it is impossible for people not to crush on us."

Zachary laughed as he started the car and said "Does it bother you?"

"Yes, it does. It bothers me a lot."

Zachary placed his free hand on top of hers and squeezed it gently, saying, "You shouldn’t let such silly things bother you. Apart from business, I and Cristal have nothing together, and most of the time, we interact through Ethan, so we barely even see each other."

"Oh. Just so you know, I’m not being jealous." Eliana said with a bit of a smile on her face after hearing they barely see each other.

Zachary laughed and brought her hand to his lips; he kissed it and said, "You are the only woman I see, so you don’t have to ever worry about these things."

Eliana smiled and kissed him on his cheek "You are only mine."

Zach chuckled and agreed with her, "I’m only yours."

Eliana giggled after hearing his reply and suddenly said with a sigh, "I miss Ryan."

Zach looked at Eliana and asked, "Do you still stand with your decision on not knowing the result of the DNA test?"

"I don’t care. I think it would hurt more to know that Sloane is my mother."

"What if she isn’t? After all the DNA test your grandmother did was of Henry and yourself, not of Sloane."

"It still doesn’t matter, and to be honest, even if Sloane isn’t my mother, I’m not interested in knowing who my real mother is."

Zach just rubbed her hands and no longer commented on the issues. Right now, the only people who knew the result of the DNA test were Ryan and his mother; he had decided to know the result only when Eliana was ready to know the truth as well.

Rosehill City Police Station.

"What’s with the frown on your face?" Bryce asked his friend.

Leon lifted his head from the case file he was studying and said "I find it strange how the Casiso family fell?"

"Fell? Marcelo is just dead, which is good because he would have been spending the rest of his life in prison for human trafficking." Bryce replied angrily; those types of people who took advantage of young girls were the types he hated the most.

"Do you believe that Marcelo Casiso committed suicide?"

"You think he was murdered?"

"I think everything that happened to the Casiso family was planned."

"You think it’s the son-in-law? After all, he is the one who benefited the most from his father-in-law’s death."

Leon shook his head and said, "The cleanup was too perfect, and I have met Kai, that man doesn’t have the brain for it. Someone else pulled the string and even though Kai benefitted from Marcelo’s death, I can’t help but shake off the feeling that he is just a pawn at the end of the day."

"All of this doesn’t matter, the case is closed and the Casiso family has been cleared."

"Who was it that found the girls?" Leon suddenly asked.

"A soldier. I heard he is currently the youngest captain in his unit."

"Do you know his name?"

Bryce shook his head and said, "I don’t think anyone knows his real name, but he is well known by his code name. He is the same soldier who risked his life to save those kids from the recent terrorist attack."
