Help! the four Alpha's are obsessed with me.-Chapter 213 A trip to the past Viii
Judging of the final performance came, and after the crowd protest Daniel’s name was included in the list. In the end, he came out victorious.
At the calling of the results, he emerged in first place with Xylander as his partner. That was how the judges placed them because they were seen as the perfect team. Now everywhere on the Music Palace platform Daniel’s voice was the opening of the page. His angelic voice welcomed anyone who opened it, and that was all Xylander’s doing. His voice was now going viral, with audiences already booking to see him perform.
After everything was completed Daniel was presented alongside the other two—first and second runner-ups—who stood side by side on the stage. Everyone clapped for the new stars of the upcoming generation. Smiles beamed across their faces.
But in the middle of that moment Daniel darted his eyes around and met his nightmare in living flesh, clapping as well with a satisfied smirk.
His father, Mr. Lancaster, looked over-thrilled. The fact that his son had taken first position was exhilarating and worth celebrating. The dream he had always pushed for was finally coming to light, and nothing could make him happier.
Daniel’s heart thudded loudly when that thumbs-up came from his father. The small smile on his face faded instantly, but he didn’t have the chance to dwell on it as he was led away with the other winners into an inner chamber.
The room wasn’t well illuminated, but Daniel could hear the anxious chatter of the other two contestants beside him. Still, he said nothing. Xylander—the only person he had really spoken to—wasn’t around.
When he tried walking away to find out the reason for his sudden victory, he heard someone harshly scolding another person. Curious, he hid behind the wall to listen.
To his shock, it was his friend—Xylander Wolfe—being dragged by his mother.
"Why are you always after my career? How could you go behind my back to help that weakling?" she scolded harshly.
Daniel’s heart dropped.
Hearing those words about himself broke something inside him. He felt completely wrecked.
"He looks so feminine among all the boys. Why is it him that you chose? Just look at how shaky he is. I’m pretty sure he’s even afraid of his own shadow."
Talia continued raising her voice savagely, unaware that every word was stabbing someone hiding nearby.
She hissed and paced around before finally stopping, as if reaching a decision.
"I don’t want to see you around him again, Xylander. Unless you want to leave this city forever. Don’t make me take you to Shanghai. You don’t want to cross me."
Her eyes were serious—dead serious.
Xylander sighed in frustration.
Soon after, they both left the hallway with Talia still grumbling and speaking badly about Daniel.
Now realizing the situation, Daniel suddenly felt fear creep into his chest.
This move he had made... coming here... was it really the right decision? Would it only drag him into a bigger mess?
Not knowing what else to do, Daniel returned to the room where the winners were placed. The two runner-ups were already seated, trembling slightly. He quietly walked toward an empty couch.
"YOU JUST CAME? STEP FORWARD!"
Daniel froze.
Was that command directed at him?
He glanced at the other two boys. For some reason they were sweating heavily, shaking and even stumbling slightly. Seeing them like that made Daniel deeply uncomfortable.
Still, he pushed the thought aside.
Whatever happened next had to happen. If he failed now, his father would ruin him, and his peace of mind was already hanging by a thread.
Daniel slowly walked forward toward the voice. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂
As he moved closer, he noticed a thick cotton curtain separating the room from another well-designed space.
He peeked in.
And stepped forward.
But the moment he saw inside—
His mind nearly blanked out.
There were two naked men lying on a bed.
Beside them was a teenager—clearly older than Daniel—servicing them with his mouth.
Daniel froze, confused and horrified.
He didn’t even understand what exactly they were doing, but the sight alone made him deeply uncomfortable.
So uncomfortable.
How had they even known he was there?
His eyes moved around the room until he noticed a camera set up nearby. It was aimed toward another area where the two other teenagers—the same boys who had come second and third—were being watched.
Daniel’s expression turned horrified.
He stood there trembling, unable to look away from the unholy scene.
His mind couldn’t process what he was seeing.
Then, during the act, one of the old men glanced at him and flashed a disgusting smile.
Daniel wanted to run.
But a voice suddenly cut through the thick tension.
"You know my wife is the owner of this establishment. Say anything about this and I’ll terminate your winning record."
The man laughed cruelly.
"And something tells me your sponsors would be very disappointed. I can see pure desperation in those eyes."
Daniel couldn’t deny it.
The man clearly had power. And if it came down to it, people would believe his words over Daniel’s. If Daniel tried to speak up—claiming he had caught the husband of the director of the famous Music Palace doing something so degrading—who would actually punish the man?
Daniel wanted to run.
The longer he stood there, the more danger he felt.
The man looked like a predator—one who fed on the weak.
And no one would come to rescue someone like him.
"So... do you want to join us?"
The man joked disgustingly.
Daniel nearly choked on the spot.
He might look naïve, but he understood danger when he saw it.
And this man was not safety.
He was darkness.
Daniel knew whatever they were doing was evil, and even watching felt like being dragged into it. He quickly looked away and rubbed his hands nervously.
"Thanks for your invitation... but can I go now?"
He asked cautiously.
The man didn’t answer.
Instead, he continued pushing the teenager’s mouth deeper into his crotch while thrusting forward. At the same time, he kissed the other man who was being serviced beside him.
Finally pulling away from the kiss, Mr. Wolfe turned toward Daniel with a cold stare.
"People like you should know your place. Just because you won doesn’t mean the world revolves around you."
His voice became darker.
"So get down and make me a happy man."
Daniel’s eyes widened in shock.
He scrambled backward, nearly stumbling over himself.
Without looking back, he dashed out of the room, running as fast as his legs could carry him.
Unfortunately, when he tried searching for his father, he realized the man had already left him behind.
He had been abandoned.
Right in the den of lions.
Daniel wandered through the theater corridors, turning corners and searching desperately for any place that felt safe—anywhere away from the evil lurking inside the Music Palace.
But there was nowhere.
He was terrified the man would start looking for him. His body shook uncontrollably like a leaf in the wind.
While still searching, he suddenly stumbled into another room.
He entered quickly, sighing in relief—
But froze when he heard voices inside.
"We need someone to perform since the original composer was killed. You know what happened."
It was a female voice speaking.
Daniel slowly turned and realized she was talking to none other than Mrs. Talia Wayne.
Talia smiled.
But the smile looked demonic.
"Oh, that piece? It was a lifetime project. I can’t believe that bitch thought she could escape from my company after staying here for years."
Her voice lowered as she laughed maliciously.
"Now she’s dead. Killed by none other than me."
Daniel felt his blood freeze.
His back accidentally hit the door.
It creaked.
Two pairs of eyes instantly turned toward him.
Panic exploded in his chest.
Daniel didn’t wait another second.
He turned and bolted out of the room.
That was it.
He had to escape this evil place.
He would not die in the hands of monsters like them.
He ran.
Out of that living hell.
