Harem Streamer System: Every Crime I Broadcast Wins Me a Superheroine-Chapter 151: A Witch’s Intentions
Volkner Interstellar Museum…
Shadow leaned against the cold steel wall of the exhibition hall with heavy shoulders as his fingers lazily scrolled through his phone. The glow of the screen reflected off his shadowy mask as his eyes scanned over the numbers flashing across the System’s interface.

・・・
He raised an eyebrow.
"Dang, that’s crazy. On my first stream as Nightwatch I didn’t even come close to these numbers…"
He muttered under his breath.
His eyes flicked down further.
Right. Witch and Vixen. That explained a lot.
Even if people didn’t tune in for the fight, they sure as hell tuned in for them. Witch had a fanbase that rivaled Rope Girl in the number of pathetic simps that worshipped her every move, and Vixen… well, she was no slouch either.
"… Tch."
He clicked his tongue, but his mind was elsewhere.
He exhaled and closed his eyes, head tilting back against the wall as the weight of the last hour settled over him.
Even now, his heartbeat felt… off.
Fast, then slow. Then fast again.
His fingers tightened around his phone.
『I can’t really say I’m the kind of hero I want to be yet…』
In movies, it was easy.
A hero was always… a hero.
They sacrificed everything for the cause.
No distractions. No attachments.
No identity beyond the mask.
But this wasn’t a movie. This was absolute reality.
And in reality, being a hero wasn’t the only thing that mattered──even if it should.
It wasn’t that he didn’t want to dedicate himself completely—he just couldn’t. Not if he wanted to stay connected to the people who kept him grounded.
The people who… mattered.
He sighed, dragging a hand down his face before flicking his thumb across the screen.
A picture opened.
Him and Jake. Grinning. Holding up awards from that academic decathlon years ago.
His chest tightened.
"… I’m sorry, man."
He spoke in a frustrated and tired voice.
"I’m not a good friend."
His free hand found his ribs, then he gripped at the dull ache there. For some reason, the pressure made it easier to breathe—even if only for a few seconds.
He thought of Martha next.
He hadn’t visited in a while. She was expecting him.
Hell, he got a call that she had some kind of breakdown when she saw him on TV.
She should be fine… probably.
But still…
He swallowed hard.
As much as he wanted to go see her, as much as he wanted to check in—he wasn’t mentally prepared for any of it.
Not today. Not lately.
It was getting tiring.
His fingers dug deeper into his chest.
A sharp pain. It was like a nail, hammered into his ribs, one strike after another.
His teeth clenched.
"… I ’m not doing the best I can, huh?"
When he lost as a hero… he just hid under a new name.
It was funny, really. A chuckle left his lips.
"Shadow… Black Knight… Nightwatch."
He shook his head.
"Who am I kidding…?"
No matter how many masks he wore, no matter how much good he did—would he ever be proud of what was waiting for him tomorrow? Or years from now?
Probably not.
With a sigh, he clicked his phone off and slid it back into a pouch on his sleek, silver utility belt.
Then──a voice.
"Are you alright?"
His head snapped up.
A second of silence.
"Uh." He cleared his throat. "Yeah. I’m cool."
It was Witch.
Standing in front of him, looking up at him with that same calm, empty smile.
The kind of smile that made his skin prickle.
Her dark cape draped over her entire body which made her look like a walking shadow, with only her dark, piercing eyes visible.
That meant he couldn’t even distract himself with the shape of her body to make her seem less imposing.
Less like a freakish nightmare.
Witch tilted her head. Her lips curled slightly.
"Oh? Well, that’s good…"
Her voice was light. But it wasn’t warm.
It was cold. Flat. Almost ghostly.
"I wouldn’t want our MVP feeling down all of a sudden…"
She took small steps forward as her dark eyes narrowed ever so slightly.
"Right?"
That single word held weight.
Shadow exhaled slowly as his fingers twitched.
"… Yeah. Right."
He pushed himself off the wall, then stretched his neck slightly, then met her gaze.
There was a moment of silence.
Then Witch chuckled while she turned slightly as the shadows of her cloak shifted like liquid.
"Good."
Right after, she smirked as she casually threw her thumb over her shoulder to point back at Mr. Invincible and Invisible Woman who were not only unconscious, but also tangled in Shadow’s abyss chains and special plasma wire.
"They’ve already been apprehended…"
Her words came out smoothly.
"They’ll be taken in for questioning at Ashgate Penitentiary. But if you wanna tag along, I don’t mind. With skills like that, you’re more than suited to join Rope Girl’s squad. We could use someone like you in our field of operation."
Shadow let out a soft chuckle, then gently scratched the back of his neck.
"Uhh… for now, I’ll stick to solo heroing and the occasional team-up. Not sure I’m ready to commit to a team just yet. And if I was…"
He exhaled through his nose as his voice turned firmed.
"I wouldn’t exactly say I’d like to work under any leader that isn’t me."
Witch folded her arms under her cape, lifting an eyebrow as she tilted her head slightly.
"Hmm… that kinda reminds me of a certain fellow called Nightwatch. Yunno, the same Nightwatch who’s a terrorist? The same one you said inspired you to start streaming your heroics, too?"
Shadow’s expression didn’t shift.
But his voice came out flat.
"I never said that. There’s plenty of other heroes who stream their work to spread awareness."
Witch tapped a finger on her chin as her eyes glided toward the slowly brightening sky in mock thought.
"Ahah, is that so?"
Then, her gaze snapped back to him, and whatever playfulness she had drained in an instant.
Her eyes were cold──dangerously cold.
"So, tell me…"
Her voice softened into something deceptively smooth as each word curled around him like a noose.
"What’s the real reason you’re streaming all this? Is it just to let people know there are still good heroes out there? Just like that hypocrite Nightwatch…?"
She stepped forward.
The gap between them vanished.
"Or are you just a selfish, disgusting little vermin doing it for money? I think that’s how Nightwatch sees every hero when he claims to be the true representation of heroism… I never really liked that cancerous bastard one bit."
Her breath was hot against his mask now, scented like sweet strawberries. She tilted her head up and her glossy lips barely brushed the fabric of his mask as she whispered—
"Tell me… please. I really want to know."
The way her voice came out with a teasing sweetness.
Like a temptress… an irresistible one.
The way she stood so close, almost as if she was daring him to react—it was clear.
She was testing him. Trying to break his focus.
Shadow remained unreadable.
His gloved hand slowly reached out to wrap firmly around her wide hip, before gripping her in place.
Witch hummed and her soft, shapely body pressed even closer as she mumbled a soft—
"Mmhmm~ ❤️"
It was fake. A deliberately overdone moan, a little too playful, a little too calculated. She was enjoying this game, and that already told him everything he needed to know.
His fingers tightened on her waist, pulling her flush against him until he could feel the subtle curves of her body, her so-called "flat" chest now pressed firmly against him.
Her breasts were truly small.
However, they poked him in a stimulating way.
For a moment, neither of them spoke.
Then, Witch smirked.
"Hmm… my costume’s a little too tight for whatever you might be thinking."
A soft chuckle, light but filled with unspoken trouble, followed her words. She pushed against him even more, as if to test his reaction further.
Shadow didn’t waver.
His grip shifted, both hands now firmly on her hips.
He pulled her in until she could feel his hot crotch pressing against her flat stomach.
『His bulge is…』
The witch barely had time to register the warmth of the young man’s crotch pressing against her stomach before he tightened his grip on her hips.
His intense gaze bore down on her as if he had complete control over her, and strangely enough, that thought excited her.
She couldn’t tell if he was playing some kind of mind game or if he genuinely wanted her, but either way, she wouldn’t mind ending up in bed with him──skin pressed against skin, their bodies tangled in heat and sweat.
… Mhhmm~ ❤️
After a good fight, she always felt a certain kind of hunger, and who better to satisfy it than the man who had just singlehandedly taken down the villain?
But… it wasn’t as she thought.
Shadow went straight to the point with his words.
"You don’t need to worry. What I’m giving you isn’t anything that’ll waste time."
He leaned in just slightly, just enough to make his presence feel heavier.
"I just want you to know──whether I’m being a hero for the right reasons or doing it for money… it’s none of your damn concern."
Witch remained completely still.
Then, with the smallest of smirks, she murmured—
"Mkay~"
The way she said it—so flippant, so dismissive—it was designed to mock him.
And from the way her eyes gleamed, she knew it worked.
Judy folded her arms as her sharp, thin eyes narrowed at the two figures before her.
The way they stood so close—the way Witch pressed up against Shadow with a little too much ease—something about it made her frown. Her face scrunched up like a teacher catching a student blatantly ignoring the school’s dress code.
"… What’s going on here?"
Her voice was level, but there was an edge to it.
Both Shadow and Witch turned their heads at the same time, almost in sync.

And almost immediately, Shadow let go of Witch as he stepped back with a nonchalant ease that didn’t match the heat of the moment just seconds ago.
On the other hand, Witch barely seemed fazed. She turned around slowly, gracefully, and when her eyes landed on Judy, a knowing smile curved on her lips.
"Oh, nothing~"
She said smoothly as ever.
"I just wanted to get a little feel of what’s been making you and Vixen so crazy about Shadow here…"
She shifted her weight to one hip, then tilted her head slightly as her smile deepened.
"And I must agree. He’s got quite an interesting body."
Judy’s frown only deepened. Her lips pressed into a thin line, and her pretty face squeezed even more—like a principal who had just caught the student responsible for weeks of school vandalism.
"… Not funny."
Witch chuckled as she turned on her heels as her cape flowed behind her.

"Well, it wasn’t meant to be."
And with that, she walked off without another glance.
For a moment, Judy stayed quiet as she watched her cousin disappear into the shadows of the city. Then, as soon as she was gone, her face softened just a bit.
She sighed, then turned back to Shadow.
"Sorry about her…"
She said with a small shake of her head.
"She gets like that sometimes."
Shadow tilted his head slightly.
"So, she really is your cousin?"
Judy chuckled as she crossed her arms again.
"Well, yeah. I tend to use it as leverage to control men who just wanna sleep with me and never call again."
A smirk ghosted across her lips.
"Always works."
She stepped a little closer to him, and not once did her pretty eyes leave his.
Shadow noticed something immediately──Judy didn’t have a problem making full eye contact with him. She wasn’t flustered, wasn’t fidgety, wasn’t the type to act shy in moments like this.
And she definitely didn’t have a problem stepping even closer.
When she was near enough, she lifted a hand and placed it lightly against his chest to feel the hardened muscle beneath his high-tech suit. Her fingers traced over the dark particles of his Shadow Factor Suit and she rubbed them gently as her eyes studied its details.
"But…"
She spoke slowly.
"I don’t think it’d work on you."
Her gaze flickered up to his masked face.
Her face was a hard read.
"The fact my cousin even wants to look at you, much less talk to you… means you’ve piqued her interest. And not in the way you’re thinking."
As she spoke, her fingers continued to graze his chest, almost absentmindedly. She was still focused on his suit—its strange, dark aura—but right after those words left her lips, she looked up at him again, her eyes sharp.
"… You don’t seem too glad about what I’m saying."
Shadow remained calm. His voice was even as he said—
"Well… for me to be glad about it, I’d first need to have the intentions of wanting to sleep with you and not call after."
Judy’s eyes flickered.
She tried to imagine what kind of face he was making behind that mask.
Her hand tightened against his chest, her nails pressing just slightly into his skin through the suit.
"… Mmm~"
Her voice was a teasing hum, low and very sexy.
"So does that mean you want to sleep with me and call again? That’s quite an interesting setup, no?"
Shadow lowered his head slightly. Then, he chuckled.
"Hah."
His tone was firm—yet there was something else in it.
Concern.
"I already have women I sleep with."
He sounded very blunt and proud about it.
"And I’m hoping you’ll never be one of them."
Judy stilled.
For a moment, she just watched him.
Then, she chuckled softly.
"Ohhh."
Her voice was light, almost playful, but there was a hint of something deeper beneath it.
"If that’s the case…"
She leaned in just a fraction as her sweet, sexy lips curved into a small smile.
"… Then I’m hoping very soon, you’ll open your eyes a little more and see that there’s someone trying to get close to you who shares the same interests you do."
She tilted her head up to lock eyes with him again.
"Oh, and I’m talking about myself, if that wasn’t clear enough already."
With that, she turned around and started walking away in her slow and deliberate pace.
As she reached the stairs leading to the next floor of the museum, she called over her shoulder—
"I know you can’t stick around for the museum opening event, but I’m at least hoping you’ll watch me a little. Maybe we can talk more about all this cool alien stuff…"
She paused for a moment, then added with a smile—
"I mean, if I wanted to do that, I could just talk to scientists, and it’d be a long chat. But there’s something special about doing it with you."
Her voice dropped slightly, almost thoughtful.
"… Not sure what it is, though."
And just like that, she disappeared up the stairs, not waiting for a response.
Shadow stood there in silence.
Then, with a long sigh, he placed a hand on his head.
"The system can’t be working this hard to get me with all these women…"
He exhaled sharply, shaking his head.
"Judy isn’t even a hero and yet…"
He trailed off when he suddenly felt a buzz from his phone.
Frowning slightly, he reached into his utility belt and quickly pulled it out.
"… Hm. Might be Emma."
But as he glanced at the screen, his eyes landed on a message from Vixen.
[Uhm, hey…]
[Had fun with the whole hero stuff today. As much as I wanted it to be a little ’us’ thing so I could tell you some of my challenges, it just wasn’t meant to be… I know we can reschedule, but I’m not really interested at the moment. I’ve got a lot on my mind. But thank you.]
[Please… don’t text for a while either.]
Shadow read the message in silence.
Then, he sighed heavily, rubbing a hand down his mask.
"… And now I have to fix that too."
He exhaled sharply, then gently rolled his shoulders as he turned to leave. His body ached, his mind felt like sludge, and all he wanted was to disappear into the night before something else forced him into another headache.
But just as he took a step forward—
Fwump!
A figure dropped in front of him, hitting the pavement on her knees with a firm thud. Her arms spread wide, her fluffy ears perked up, and her tail wagged with a stubborn rhythm.
"Boss!"
Dog Girl pouted as her cheeks puffed out like she was about to scold him.
Shadow closed his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"I’m too tired for this…"
He sighed before dragging his gaze down to meet hers.
"Look, I don’t wanna be your boss, alright? Just let it go."
Dog Girl shook her head with determination.
"Nuh-uh!"
Shadow slapped a hand over his face.
"Why?"
His fingers slid down to reveal a deadpan stare.
"Why should I be your boss? I have literally nothing to offer you. I had a dog once, and you know what? I’m glad I don’t anymore, ’cause it would’ve reminded me of my ex."
Dog Girl puffed out her cheeks more and her tail still wagged as she declared—
"I wanna protect the boss!"
Shadow arched an eyebrow. "Protect me? How?"
Dog Girl’s tail picked up speed, and she nodded with a serious expression.
"Those sirens, Rope Girl and Witch, are after you. Like, all in on getting you, Boss! The reason I was with them wasn’t just for fun teamwork."
She leaned in slightly.
"They wanted actually to use me to sniff out Nightwatch’s scent after they got a piece of his clothing from that big explosion in the warehouse."
Shadow’s entire body stiffened. His tiredness vanished like smoke in the wind. He immediately crouched down, one knee on the ground, his sharp eyes locked onto hers.
"Wait, huh? What do you mean?"
Dog Girl gulped as her ears twitched.
"I didn’t just find you, Boss. I followed Nightwatch’s scent… and it led me to you."
Shadow didn’t move.
His brain ticked through the implications at lightning speed, but before he could question it further, Dog Girl’s face turned red. Her gaze darted to the side, and suddenly, she was rubbing her thumbs together and shifting awkwardly, like she was trying to snuggle the air around her.
Shadow narrowed his eyes. "Because what?"
Dog Girl fidgeted harder.
"Well, uh, uhm… I like Nightwatch!"
She blurted out.
Her ears flattened, and her tail wagged wildly.
"And I didn’t want you to get hurt! So I… I marked you with my scent so no other scent-sniffing creature from the K-9 division could track you!"
The air around them grew still.
Crack!
The Nyxion particles around Shadow’s mask crumbled and dissolved into nothing.
Now, the cool air touched his face.
"Wait… so they’re still tracking Nightwatch?"
Still staring at the ground, Dog Girl nodded slowly.
"Yeah… and they still wanna kill him."
She then lifted her gaze to look at him—and the second she saw his face, her eyes widened to the size of dinner plates.
A deep crimson exploded from her nose like a popped ketchup packet.
"WOOOOAH, BOSS IS HANDSOME!"
Shadow blinked. "… Huh?"
Dog Girl wobbled and her vision spun as her tail wagged at a dangerous speed.
She looked like she was about to pass out.
Shadow sighed. "This is what I have to deal with?"
