Ruan Chanchan had no idea what was going on in the head of the mer. If she had known what was happening within his head, she would have kicked him aside and run away long ago. However, she had no idea what kind of danger was awaiting her, so she waited on the ground like a fish waiting to be chopped on the fishing board. She had no other choice left in her hand, not when the mer was settling himself inside of her.

Xie Daiyu waited for a while. He waited until Ruan Chanchan stopped groaning and then pushed himself further inside of her. Realising that what had entered her was only part of his length, Ruan Chanchan felt like crying. What was she thinking, getting entangled with a mer whose length was like that of a miniature

Well, of course, she knew that she was exaggerating, but she was also getting torn in half! She was allowed to exaggerate a little.

"I am about to move." Though Xie Daiyu wanted to move right away, he was worried that he would hurt Ruan Chanchan, so he was careful and didn’t make a move.

Ruan Chanchan also knew that there was no point in letting the mer stay in agony along with her. So she nodded and let him move.

Seeing her agree, Xie Daiyu heaved a sigh of relief. He immediately pulled his length back before shoving it back inside; his actions were calm and gentle, and yet Ruan Chanchan felt a burning sensation within her core, which caused her to groan. Turned out that Ruan Chanchan’s premonition was indeed correct. The night was indeed quite long; Xie Daiyu was like a beast unleashed. The second she allowed him to move, the mer started thrusting inside of her as if he was trying to twist her insides. No matter how much she tried to escape, the mer didn’t let go of her. Throughout the entire night, he tossed her around, and as for the hickeys, it was better not even to talk about it.

Ruan Chanchan looked at the countless marks on her skin and sucked in a breath. It seemed like she had truly unleashed a beast.

She arched her arms over her head and turned to look around the cave. With her eyes looking around, she was stumped. She suddenly realised that the cave had been cleaned thoroughly and the items were neatly rearranged.

"Is this my cave?" Ruan Chanchan asked with some hesitation. What happened to her cave overnight? She had a feeling that this cave was indeed her own, as the things that were kept neatly arranged were her own. But with her lazy aptitude, she knew that these things were certainly not rearranged by her.

"Holy one, you are awake," Su Mo’s soft voice greeted her from behind.

Ruan Chanchan raised her head and turned to look at the mer behind her. Su Mo looked dirtier than ever; in fact, he looked like he had been tossed around in the mud by someone. In his hands, he was clutching what looked like a dry stack of hay.

"You are here—"

Gurgle.

The sound of Su Mo’s stomach growling echoed in the cave, making the entire situation a bit awkward.

Su Mo closed his eyes and lowered his head before saying to Ruan Chanchan, "I apologise for ruining your mood. You can whip me ten times for making such a stupid mistake."

Wow, a masochist? Xiao Xie, who had been missing since last night, finally made his appearance. He looked at Su Mo and then turned to look at Ruan Chanchan before saying to her, "It seems like you are not in a hurry to return, darling. There are all kinds of mers to satisfy you here."

She was truly speechless. Though she admitted that she might have gone down the wrong path last night, it didn’t mean that she was going to continue indulging in pleasure all day long. She turned to look at her system and said to him, "You really need to restrain yourself. What kind of nonsense are you reading, kid?"

Xiao Xi was speechless. Though he was fairly young when compared to the other systems, he was still an adult! He was not a child.

Ruan Chanchan turned to look at the mer, ignoring the angry and fuming system beside her. She said to him, "Come inside; I will cook something for you." She thought of the rice that she still had in a small stone vat, along with some small fish that she had captured a few days ago. Maybe she could grill some fish and cook rice along with mushroom soup? Though the meal was relatively simple, Ruan Chanchan thought that it was quite nice.

"There is no need—" Su Mo wanted to refuse, but his stomach gurgled again.

Seeing this, Ruan Chanchan chuckled and got up from her bed. When Su Mo saw the marks on her body, a look of surprise flashed in his eyes, but other than that, he didn’t express his surprise.

It was a good thing as well because Ruan Chanchan would have certainly lost her mind if he had pointed out the marks on her body. She walked out of the cave and noticed the marks on her neck in the water of the pond.

She now understood why Su Mo was looking at her with that look in his eyes. Suddenly, she felt a bit helpless; it seemed like she had to start looking for linen as well; only then would she be able to make clothes for herself. If not, every day would be like walking stark naked in the tribe.

Sighing, Ruan Chanchan tried to shove her embarrassment to the back of her head and then went inside the cave, only to see Su Mo piling a stack of hay in the corner. "What are you doing?" she already had enough wood to burn; there was no need for the mer to collect hay for her.

"This is where I am going to sleep."
