"Yuan Ni?" Ruan Chanchan frowned when she saw the mer lurking outside the cave. "What are you doing here?" She turned to look at the mer and questioned in a low voice, "Were you standing outside the cave?"

When Yuan Ni heard her question, he lowered his head with some embarrassment on his face and replied, "It’s not like that. I just came to visit you, Chanchan, when I heard that you wanted to go to the small mountains. It’s not like I was eavesdropping."
