Before Gu Sirou could say anything, the door of the office was pushed open, and a pretty mer poked his head inside. He looked at Gu Sirou and then turned to look at Wei Yucheng. He said, "How can I help you, Master Wei?"

"Miss Gu will be taking her leave," said Wei Yucheng coldly. "Show her the way."

When the mer heard Wei Yucheng’s words, he was a bit terrified. Who was Gu Sirou? She was the head of the council, and yet Wei Yucheng was kicking her out like this? What would others think?

However, Wei Yucheng was his boss, and the poor man had no other choice but to follow his order. He turned to look at Gu Sirou and said to her, "Please come with me, Miss Gu."
