An Lan patted his chest gently. “Don’t be so childish next time. You’re even jealous of my good friend?”

“Sure, but it depends on if you can convince me…” Xu Baohan carried her in his arms.

An Lan was shocked as her legs were trembling. “Seriously? Do you know what time is it now? I thought you still have to wake up early tomorrow??”

“Well, don’t worry, I can handle it.”

“It’s not about whether you can handle it, it’s just that I can’t handle it, understand?” An Lan was about to scream. “And…There’s someone else at home!”

“Be good, and you won’t be tired.” Xu Baohan kissed her and carried her to the master bedroom.

The next day, Li Shuang woke up in a daze. She felt her head was heavy and uncomfortable.

She did not know how much she had drunk last night. Now that her mouth was so dry, and she really wanted to go to the toilet.

She struggled to get up and walked out. When she was out from the toilet, she heard the sound of the door opening from the master bedroom.

She looked up and saw a tall man slowly walking over from the corridor. The morning light outlined his cold and handsome face. Although he was only wearing ordinary men’s pyjamas, his inviolable aura made her shudder.

Li Shuang’s sleepiness was gone, and her lips quivered. “Chief… Chief Judge Xu?”

She thought she was still drunk, so she slapped her face hard.

“Be quiet when you do that, An Lan is still sleeping,” Xu Baohan warned her coldly before walking past her. He was expressionless.

Li Shuang was speechless. She wanted to kick open the bedroom door and ask An Lan what was going on.

Why was Devil Xu staying in her house and coming out of her bedroom? What did she miss?

However, it seemed like this bedroom did not belong to An Lan alone anymore. She felt embarrassed and had no choice but to sneak over to look for Xu Baohan.

Seeing that he had already started brushing his teeth in the bathroom, it seemed like he was already very familiar with this place.

Li Shuang moved closer like a kitten. “Chief Judge Xu, why are you with my An Lan…”

“Your An Lan?” Xu Baohan raised his sharp brows. “Don’t be mistaken, from now on, it should be my An Lan.”

Li Shuang was stunned. Darn, was there a need to be so overbearing? “Yes, sure… But when did you two start dating? Why didn’t I know about it at all?”

“Then I guess something must be wrong with your friendship.” He then started to wash his face.

Li Shuang wanted to kill An Lan. How could she not tell her about having a boyfriend? Was she still considered a friend?

Then, Xu Baohan entered the kitchen and started to make breakfast.

Li Shuang leaned against the door and watched as he took out the pan and started frying eggs. Not long after, a medium-rare egg was done. Then, he sprinkled ham, bacon, cheese, butter, and black pepper on it and started to roast it. Soon, the kitchen was filled with an alluring fragrance.

She hadn’t eaten much last night and was famished.

However, Xu Baohan ignored her. After making one set, he started to wash the rice and cook porridge with tremella and purple potatoes.

It looked really delicious.

After he was done, Xu Baohan came out of the kitchen. Li Shuang quickly said, “Chief Judge Xu, you’re really good to An Lan. Erm… I’m so hungry, can I have some of that?”
