Roy was laughing his guts out at Pierre’s predicament. He didn’t want to believe things were always this bad at the start for Pierre.

"Top rating! Top!" Roy laughed heartily, commending the system’s overall rating for the current Pierre.

However, Pierre smiled at the stat and said in passing, "I’m practically Roy with this."

Roy’s smile instantly froze.

"I should even dress like him this time," Pierre thought and opened the wardrobe, and three clothing style options appeared before him.

"Nah," Pierre voiced in response to the open thought and chose Option C.

Instantly, he was dressed in a black-and-blue suit. Stepping out of his room, he left the house and met up with Suzuki Kyouno, his childhood neighbour, who looked a year younger than the version of her in the later levels.

"You’re never early, Pierre-chan," Suzuki said, her tone sounding immensely condescending.

In Pierre’s vision, a panel appeared showing her information.

Pierre gnashed his teeth in silence at the options before him and chose Option C.

However, Suzuki just frowned and started walking ahead, totally ignoring him.

"What the heck?" Even Roy frowned. No wonder Pierre was always so mean to her in later stages.

Whereas Pierre just sighed and followed behind.

Roy swiped down his face.

"I thought I wanted to observe the stages carefully, but there’s no need in the earlier stages. System, switch to real-world time."

Immediately, the scenes moved fast, and only the necessary parts of the playthrough were shown to Roy.

Pierre had already completed this level before, so repeating that wasn’t anything mind-boggling. He talked with the target, Watanabe Hinata, helped her do her assignment, and more until she fell completely in love with him.

He also performed a side quest to gain money and a few love points.

But after that, he confessed his feelings and completed the other two objectives.

Pierre repeated the process, investing in his stats, spending love points, and so on, up until Level 7, where Roy decided to return things to the system world’s time progression.

Pierre opened his eyes again in his room, and a message panel appeared before him, read aloud by an enthusiastic female voice.

Story Description: "The transfer student known for her perfect grades and colder-than-snow demeanor, Tanaka Misaki, hasn’t smiled once since the semester began. No one knows, but she has a secret she is willing to take to her grave."

2. Make her your girlfriend.

3. (Optional) Kiss her.

4. Learn her deepest secret.

"Back here again," Roy voiced, but then noticed something.

"Wait, his reward changed from 1.0 stat points to 0.5. Why is that?" He muttered, but there was no apparent reason.

Since he hadn’t witnessed the previous levels before now, he never knew Pierre’s system also gave 1.0 stat points initially, before downgrading to 0.5.

And having seen the previous levels and knowing what would happen in this one, he was certain this level was the craziest yet.

"I’ll start with this one," Roy told himself, biting down on his thumbnail.

Roy’s eyes settled on the Null Archive and clicked on the second item [Performance Rating Module], spending ten error points on this particular level.

This time, Pierre had more love points at his disposal than the previous time he cleared this level.

Arriving at the wardrobe, he saw three clothing style options.

"Whatever I choose now will be one of the options for Level 10," Pierre thought aloud.

This factor made him think more deeply about the decision he was about to make. Last time, he chose Option A because he knew Tanaka Misaki liked nerds, but now he had to consider the Class Rep, Yoshida Aiko of Level 10.

"Tanaka Misaki is a nutcase. I can make her fall for me regardless of what I wear," he told himself and chose Option C.

Roy calmly watched things happen.
