The battlefield had changed.

Lord Khan growled as he led the charge.

"So be it. If they want to fight with machines, we’ll break them with thunder!"

He raised his hand, signaling his siege machines. Massive bolts of lightning surged forward, striking the exosuits.

Thud! Thud!

However, the Exosuits held firm since their shock‑absorption armor dispersed the energy.

Commander Cross ordered his vehicles to push harder, but the Warden Units had damaged them heavily, and they were barely able to move!

Soon, one more Barrier Generator collapsed as the turrets above them were still hailing more energy bullets!

Their siege machines weren’t putting enough pressure!

The Crimson Shield warriors inside were immediately targeted, their shields barely holding against the combined fire.

Master Ren’s warriors also prepared to charge and help, but he hesitated. He could see the exosuits moving like a tide with their heavy blades.

"If we enter now, we’ll be cut down," he muttered.

In the meantime, the defenders of Eclipse Domain pressed forward.

The Warden Units advanced in a phalanx formation with their swords while the Combat Exosuit Brigade moved behind them.

The Overlord Alliance had expected a weakened shelter, drained by the siege. Instead, they faced Shane’s strongest defense, an army of androids and exosuits!

Lord Khan’s confidence cracked. "This wasn’t supposed to happen. We were told Eclipse Domain is nothing without the Floating Fortress!"

Commander Cross spat. "Vulnerable? Look at them. This is a fortress. Stronger than our own shelter... That Lancelot is playing with us!"

Master Ren’s eyes squinted as he looked at the situation. He wasn’t giving up at all... He knew that he just needed to find an opportunity to get behind the enemy lines, and with his Water Sword Style and Special Talent and Skills, he’d be able to bring them down, at least most of them.

However, he could not do this alone since he would still get overwhelmed.

"We’re not done yet!" Ren said as he looked at the commanders.

They immediately realized what he planned to do.

Lord Khan nodded and, with a determined voice, he raised his lightning-infused blade. "Of course! Thunder Roar! Focus fire on their front line! Break their formation!"

His shock troops obeyed instantly. Dozens of warriors surged forward, their weapons filled with arcs of electricity. They slammed their blades against the Warden Units, each strike contained thunderous force. The androids staggered under the impact, and their armor was scorched and dented.

For a moment, the phalanx was being overwhelmed.

"Push harder!" Khan roared. "They do not have long operational time! They will lose their power soon! Just push!"

Behind him, the Thunder Roar siege machines adjusted their aim. Instead of striking the exosuits directly, they targeted the ground beneath them. Massive bolts detonated in bursts of lightning, throwing dirt and debris into the air, disrupting the defenders’ advance.

Because of this, however, the turrets were free to fire once again...

Just like that, the battlefield shook as explosions tore craters into the earth.

Several Warden Units stumbled with their formation broken, but casualties were also piling up on the Alliance’s side.

Nonetheless, the battle was not going to stop soon.

Commander Cross found an open path and seized the opportunity. "Crimson Shield! Form the wall!"

His warriors moved forward with tower shields raised high. They locked together in a defensive line, their barrier enchantments glowing faintly.

Energy blasts from the turrets slammed into them, but the shields absorbed the punishment.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

With a disciplined move, they advanced step by step, forcing the defenders to slow their assault.

"Hold the line!" Cross shouted. "We are the shield that never breaks!"

The Crimson Shield warriors pressed forward with their armored vehicles crawling behind them. Even damaged, the vehicles provided cover with their mounted weapons that were also firing bursts of suppressive fire at the exosuits.

One vehicle managed to unleash a barrage of explosives, and several Warden Units were sent crashing to the ground!

Boom!

The defenders reeled for a moment as their advancement was succeeding!

"Finally..."

Master Ren saw his chance. His eyes narrowed as he raised his curved blade... "River Flow! With me!"

His warriors moved, slipping past the Crimson Shield wall and charging toward the defenders. Their blades had soon met the enemy units!

They struck at the exosuits, aiming for joints and weak points.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

Exosuit blades met curved swords, and sparks flew as steel clashed against alloy.

The River Flow warriors, however, didn’t stop moving. Their water sword style was a constant sword movement!

One exosuit was almost cut in half as Ren himself struck!

His blade was different compared to others... He actually sliced across its chest.

However, before Ren could deliver the finishing blow, the exosuit collapsed already!

"See?" Ren shouted. "They are not invincible. Flow like water, strike like the river’s current!"

His warriors cheered, and their morale was immediately lifted as they continued on with their attack!

The defenders of Eclipse Domain fought back fiercely, but the Overlord Alliance was proving its strength.

The Warden Units tried to reform their phalanx, but the Thunder Roar’s lightning strikes kept disrupting their formation.

The Crimson Shield wall also absorbed the defenders’ fire, allowing their vehicles to crawl closer. And the River Flow warriors danced among the exosuits, cutting down several more units.

For a moment, the battlefield seemed balanced.

But Eclipse Domain’s strength was not so easily broken.

The Warden Units adjusted, and the Exosuits adjusted their combat styles. Soon, they formed a tighter formation, protecting each other’s backs!

However, that didn’t take long as they seemed to have received instructions to just charge forward!

It was as if both the Warden Units and Exosuit Units were being so desperate, which was very unusual...

Still, it was an organized desperation...

They fought not as individuals, but as a single machine, their movements were linked and targeted specific Survivors who were causing too much trouble.

Soon, River Flow warriors fell one by one, but not before cutting down or damaging exosuits in return

"What?!" Master Ren was shocked as the Aura Skill on his sword disappeared, causing it to shatter after blocking the Combat Exosuit’s punch!
