Galaxy Fall: All My Skills Are Maxed-Chapter 140: The Judgment Of Sunder
CRACK!!!
The colossal, continent-sized body of the Alphard shuddered. The sickening sound of tearing flesh echoed across the ruined zone. The Hydra’s impenetrable black skin cracked, glowing violently with raw, unfiltered energy. Before Mirabella’s eyes, the God Skill: Skin Removal took effect.
A smaller version of the Hydra, drastically reduced to only 50 meters in length, forcefully tore its way out from the main damaged body. It was a grotesque rebirth; half of its massive heads were gone, leaving only five jagged, hissing maws. The new body flew out, covered in a viscous, glowing fluid, falling some distance from her and shaking the earth upon impact.
"Who are you, Human?!!" The Hydra asked, its ten remaining pairs of crimson, slit-pupiled eyes fixed intensely on Mirabella, vibrating with a mixture of ancient fury and genuine fear.
Mirabella stared at the newly formed Hydra with a slight frown on her face, analyzing its significantly diminished aura: "You are weaker." She said in surprised disappointment, her battle-lust momentarily stalling.
"I am not weak!!! I am the great abyssal calamity!!! Everyone is below me!!!" The five heads yelled in unison, their voices overlapping into a demonic chorus, staring at Mirabella in unadulterated rage.
"You might have destroyed my main body!!! But you can’t destroy this body!!!" The Hydra opened all five of its massive, venom-dripping mouths.
"DOOM BALL!!!"
The Hydra yelled, instantly activating its ultimate trait. The atmosphere itself screamed as the beast began pulling pure spirit energy directly from the environment, creating a localized vacuum of life force.
_
Hovering hundreds of miles away on the edge of the zone, Zephyra felt the suffocating drop in atmospheric energy and screamed: "Retreat!!!!"
The Fire Heart Dragon didn’t need to be told twice. It turned around violently, beating its wings to shoot away, desperately creating distance from the epicenter of the battle. Below them, a horrifying scene unfolded: all the lesser land monsters caught in the Hydra’s domain instantly dropped to the ground, their life essence ripped away, drying up into brittle skeletons in seconds.
"What is happening?!" A member of the eagle guild yelled, his voice cracking as he watched the mass extinction event happening below.
"That snake is pulling out all spirit energy from the atmosphere and any creature in range! We must retreat, or we will get dried and turn into bones!!" Zaphyra yelled, her normally composed aristocratic face filled with sheer horror.
’Of course!! What can I expect from a Realm Boss!!’ She thought, staring at her newly tamed dragon:
’This dragon is only a Boss, it’s not even a world Boss, let alone a Realm Boss!! We must retreat, or we will all die here.’ She looked over her shoulder at the distant, flashing lights of the battle:
’I don’t know what will happen in this match, but I am sure she is already dead! If she survives this...’ She swallowed heavily, the political implications crashing over her:
’It means this girl is stronger than an empire’s might.’ She thought, forcing herself to face forward, and yelled to her terrified crew:
"Hang on!!"
The dragon increased its speed, tearing through the sky, and plunged directly into the swirling spatial vortex, narrowly escaping the zone of death.
__
On the battlefield, Mirabella stood unmoving on Cupcake’s back, calmly staring at the huge, pulsating black-and-purple energy ball rapidly forming in front of her.
"This thing has the strength to wipe out a whole empire with this attack." She muttered, her mind accurately calculating the catastrophic area-of-effect damage.
’This monster is stealing spirit energy from everything around, including Cupcake... I can feel her getting weaker.’ She noticed her mount trembling, the life-drain passive too strong for a standard spirit beast. She turned her gaze to Adira, hovering serenely nearby:
’But Adira is completely calm, meaning it doesn’t affect her. And I have the system and imperial Bloodline, which protected me... It seems I can only do this.’
She nodded decisively. With one violent, explosive jump, she shot herself high into the red sky. Simultaneously, she waved her hand, dismissing her mount. Cupcake shattered into a gentle white light, retreating safely into her soul sea.
"You can’t escape, human!!!" The Hydra yelled, its ten eyes fixed tracking Mirabella, who was still shooting higher into the sky, defying gravity with her immense Agility stats.
’I will have to stop gathering spirit energy, or she will be out of range.’ Alphard abruptly stopped gathering energy for the doom ball, realizing the human was moving too fast. It aimed the volatile sphere directly at Mirabella:
"Die, Human!!!"
It yelled with apocalyptic fury, and released the Doom Ball, sending the concentrated mass of dark energy towards Mirabella with frightening, reality-tearing speed.
WHOOSH!!
Mirabella stopped her ascent mid-air. She stood perfectly calmly, arms lowered, as the colossal attack smashed directly into her, creating a massive, terrifying mushroom cloud of dark purple flames that devoured the heavens.
"Hehehehe!! You are dead, Human!!!" Alphard yelled at the top of its lungs, the five heads cackling, feeling the twisted excitement of obliterating a genuinely powerful human threat.
"You do know I am here, right?"
The Hydra blinked, its laughter dying instantly. It lowered all its massive heads to look down at Adira, the tiny silver-haired fairy who was still casually hovering in the air, completely unaffected by the shockwave.
"A divine fairy, with a powerful trace of divinity?! How did such a creature appear in this world?" It asked, staring at the fairy in absolute shock and instinctual horror. A being of the Abyss recognized the scent of true Gods.
"It seems you know who I am." Adira said, her voice like chiming glass amidst the roaring flames, and gracefully gestured upward to the massive explosion in the sky:
"But do you know who she is?" She asked calmly.
"Who? She is just a human, who I have killed." The Hydra sneered, though unease crept into its tone.
"I thought with that many heads of yours, you will have more brain... That lady up there is my Master."
"Master... Master?!!!!" The Hydra was horrified, its serpentine minds suddenly connecting the dots as it instantly felt an oppressive, omnipotent energy building above its heads.
BOOOOM!!
High in the sky, all the raging purple flames of the Doom Ball spun violently inward, forcefully absorbed and compressed. They merged seamlessly into Mirabella’s primary weapon, Sunder, which was now hovering steadily in front of her untouched form.
"Annihilation Lightning."
Mirabella ordered coldly. At her command, unnatural, pitch-black clouds formed instantly above them, blotting out the dungeon sky. From the turbulent vortex, a devastating streak of pure black lightning shot down, directly striking Sunder and merging with the dark steel of the blade.
"Grow!" 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
With her verbal command, fueled by Adira’s infinite spirit energy supply, Sunder instantly enlarged. The weapon warped reality, turning into a colossal, 200-meter-long broadsword, with its blade measuring up to 20 meters wide—a weapon truly fit for a God.
"Drop!!"
Alphard’s ten eyes widened in abject terror. The massive shadow of the blade fell over it as the gargantuan sword dropped from the sky, accelerating with the force of a falling meteor, smashing directly into the Hydra.
’Not again!!!’ The Abyssal Calamity thought in disbelief.
BOOOOM!!!
