Pink asked, "Isn’t it similar to Blood Knight’s Crimson Dominion?"

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond nodded. "Slightly. However, Oath Paladins entered blood contracts. Which means, the higher the condition they set, the more powerful the weapon they manifest. It doesn’t have limits compared to Crimson Dominion."

She said the last sentence just in time they passed by the Oath Paladins, who bowed deeply towards them.

Myles curiously scrutinized them and realized they were a bit taller than them. The aura they exuded was only a bit lesser than the Commander, causing him to re-assess the overall power of the Nhar’zorath Kingdom.

Once they entered the Royal Academy, they followed a long, straight stone path leading inward.

It was flanked by black statues of legendary graduates, with their accomplishment, not only inside the Royal Academy but also outside, etched in the stele.

Violet saw her mother’s statue and she couldn’t help but feel emotional.

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond also stopped in front of her cousin’s statue and said, "Her journey inside the Royal Academy was undoubtedly remarkable. She became the recent most talented succubus the Royal Academy produced after the current Demon Lord. In fact, after two decades, she became a city lord, which was a feat in the entire kingdom.

When Violet heard about the prophecy, her heart skipped a beat.

Myles, on the other hand, who was listening to them quietly, pondered. So, it’s really because of me, huh? Her mother seemed to not mind, though. After all, her world revolves around her daughter now.

They spent an hour in the processional avenue, reading steles of their ancestor’s achievements.

The processional avenue also has blood-red lanterns hovering above the path, casting a constant dusk-like glow, providing a calming effect during the demon noble’s venture.

Eventually, they arrived at a path, where it was split into three.

They stopped at the center, as the path has now changed into a wide, circular path, with benches at the border, where demon nobles were currently sitting and chatting with each other.

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond said, "The center leads to the Grand Hall, which is the heart of the academy. All major paths lead back here, not only this path, but even on the right path, leading to the noble department zone, and the left path, the knight department zone."

They faced a massive cathedral-like structure with high spires and open balconies, leaving Violet and others, who were the first time to see the Grand Hall up close, in awe.

Even Myles were astonished. Despite having been in many cathedrals before, the Grand Hall was close, if not, among the best.

Though, is it even a cathedral?

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond said, "This Grand Hall symbolized the authority and unity of all the races under the rule of the Demon King.

It is used for grand occasions in the Royal Academy, like matriculation, rank announcements, and public trials and honors.

Remember, there is only one main entrance, but has other multiple inner exits, leading not only to other two departments, but other significant buildings in the academy."

She then walked towards the massive double doors open into a wide receiving chamber.

She said, "Since there are less than two hours left, let’s enter first and have the senior Blood Knights lead the juniors to their dormitory. Of course, Violet and the others, too."

Once she finished talking, they finally entered the Grand Hall.

The floor was inlaid with the academy’s crest in dark crimson stone. There were also statues of past Demon Lords and noble founders lining the walls.

There was an elevated platform at the far end of the hall, with a massive throne seat and other seats on the side. Above the massive throne seat was an enormous statue...

When Myles saw the statues on the side, as well as the far end of the hall, he was speechless.

It really does look like a cathedral.

Of course, the enormous statues on the far end were depicting an individual with a crown, standing politely. His face was obscured and his robe was more striking, as though the crown and his robe sought for their attention.

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond said, "Let’s kneel and bow to the statues of His Majesty, the Demon King of Nhar’zorath kingdom."

Without waiting for their response, she kneeled and bang her head to the floor, causing others to promptly follow her.

They remained in their position for ten seconds, until she lifted her head and said, "We can stand up now."

As they stood up, Myles wondered. So, they not only praise him as their king, but worship him, huh? How intriguing.

They continued to walk inside and arrived at the central assembly floor.

It was a vast open space with tiered seating rising in semicircles.

It was designed so thousands could gather without crowding.

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond said, "The floor is reinforced for aura pressure and controlled demonstrations. This is where Rank announcements occur, academy decrees are proclaimed, and public honors and condemnations are carried out."

Then, they arrived in front of an elevated platform at the far end of the hall. The Guardian of Scarlet Bond did not ascend on the stairs and remained at the ground floor.
