From a Talentless nobody to An SSS Class Dragon-Chapter 200: A Blind Maiden

She shifts her head around as if she is looking at each one of us in the room. "I have not seen this many people here in a long time." She speaks up, a bit of elegance behind her words.

"Eliza... I haven’t seen you in a long time." Lilly responds with a bit of shock in her voice.

A blind woman is the one who will help us? I don’t think it is a bad thing since anything is possible. I never thought I’d awaken but somehow it happened.

"Lilly? I recognize your voice. I thought you would never be able to return." Eliza says with a surprised tone, yet a bit of relief as well.

"I came back with some friends who want to help." Lilly replies with a genuine tone.

She moved slightly away from the podium as her head shifts once again, taking in everything around the room.

"You do have quite a few friends with you. One of which is a dragon? That’s new." Eliza says while looking towards me.

"Even though you lost your sight... You can read the room quite well." Lilly replies before moving towards Eliza.

I watch as Lilly goes up and gives Eliza a hug, the two of them know each other from the looks of it. The others just look towards me and then back at Lilly.

"You need your true form back Lilly. I can’t stand to feel you like this." Eliza says as some strange aura begins to go towards Lilly.

Within a couple of seconds a purple light engulfs Lilly before blinding us for a moment. As my vision starts to return I can see Lilly isn’t the same as before, she’s definitely looking a lot more grown.

An all black dress with her chest revealed, a necklace around her neck, and honestly she even seems to have a bit more of a royal look to her.

I guess it is about time she finally got herself a nice change of clothes and even an update to her appearance. I’ve been doing it myself this whole time so I’m kind of glad it isn’t just me anymore.

"That’s a lot better." Eliza speaks with a bit of happiness in her voice.

Lilly looks down at herself. "It is nice to be back to normal. I think it was the exile that restricted me so much but thank you Eliza." Lilly says with a grateful tone in her voice.

"Of course. But, what brings you to the church here?" Eliza asks with a bit of curiosity.

"We need some help." Lilly answers.

Lilly kind of reminds me of some of the demons in my home world. They usually were from some noble family with that kind of attire.

That blind maiden really is something.

Yeah, I didn’t really expect her to do any of that but I’m kind of glad she did. Lilly has her true self back again which I didn’t even know was a problem she was dealing with. 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

I’m thinking I will be leaving behind these fancy clothes of mine as well. It’ll draw too much attention within the demon realm.

Head back to the abyss tonight and I’ll help take care of it.

I forgot how useful the Abyss really can be since I’m technically the one ruling over it now. I’ll definitely be heading there once I get the chance to tonight.

Without a chance to react I find the maiden Eliza standing right in front of me. "I’ll help. I’m quite curious about the dragon here." She says with a smirk on her face.

At least she is quite beautiful... That means another amazing woman will be joining the group. But this is definitely going to make travel quite difficult if we keep recruiting people.

Maybe we could fix up the church a bit to be out actually base of operations for the time being.

That would make it a lot easier for us to get through the realm. Eliza, Velia, and Aria might be a good group to bring with me.

Leaving Lilly and Ghost here could be useful so that they can prepare a bit more to deal with the demons here. Eliza could guide us without drawing too much attention.

Especially since Lilly is still considered an exile by the others who gave her that fate in the first place.

"Could we stay here for the time being?" Lilly asks.

"Of course. I will have it cleaned up, but don’t let anyone else inside." Eliza answers without hesitation in her voice.

After she cleans the place we get through the introductions of everyone so that there would be no problems going forward. Eliza was definitely quite kind and spoke with quite a bit of elegance.

She definitely seems like she could’ve been part of some royal family within the demon realms as well.

"Rokuro. That is quite the name. All of you have unique names and I look forward to helping you." Eliza says with joy in her voice.

"I’m happy to have your help." I reply.

"It’ll definitely be nice to have a fresh face in the group." Ghost speaks up with some excitement in her voice.

"I agree." Aria says with a happy tone.

It is nice that everyone gets along quite well in this group. That is one thing I’m always happy about, even if I’m not around I don’t have to worry.

"We’ll rest before we do anything else. After that I’ll let you all know who’s coming with and who’s not. Lilly definitely needs to stay here though, I don’t want someone to recognize her right now." I speak up with a serious tone.

"That hurts but I can’t say you are wrong." Lilly responds with some sadness in her voice.

"I know. But it won’t be permanent, just need a little bit of time to see what’s ahead before bring you along with us." I say while taking a seat.

I just don’t want to risk anything with her. Losing any of them will break me more than I can admit...
