From A Producer To A Global Superstar-Chapter 336: Busan Tour Ends
The morning after Busan, the city still felt loud even when it wasn’t.
Not loud with music again, not loud with speakers and chants, but loud with phones. Loud with clips. Loud with people replaying the same moments until they started sounding like legends.
Because two things had happened back to back, and the internet didn’t know which one to chew first.
The airport incident, where Dayo stopped security from dragging a fan away and not only helped her up himself he even went ahead to gift her a VIP ticket to his show when she mentioned that she didn’t have ticket for the show.
And the stage incident, where he pulled a random guy from the crowd, listened to him sing like he had been waiting his whole life for that mic, then turned around and casually declared he was signing him.
Busan didn’t just watch a show.
Busan watched a story being written live.
The airport clip was everywhere first. A shaky fan recording, loud screaming, phones blocking the view, then Dayo’s voice cutting through it, calm, firm.
Leave her.
The security guards hesitated, and for a second the whole crowd froze like they didn’t believe someone would actually listen to him that quickly.
Then he stepped closer, reached down, and helped the girl up himself.
The girl’s knees were shaking, her face red from crying, and she kept bowing like she wanted to disappear from embarrassment.
Dayo didn’t let her.
He held her arm steady, spoke to her like she was human, not a headline, and only then did he let security guide her back gently.
That one clip alone had every fandom account acting like they had been personally blessed.
Then the stage clip hit and it was worse.
It started with Dayo laughing, pointing into the crowd, telling the guy to come up.
Security lifting him over the barrier.
The guy nearly falling on stage from excitement.
Then the singing.
A raw voice, trembling at first, then steady, then strong enough that the crowd stopped chanting and started listening for real.
And when Dayo looked at him, you could see it on his face, that quick sharp calculation he always made when something surprised him.
He didn’t drag it out.
He didn’t tease it.
He said it like he was announcing the weather.
Welcome to JD Label.
That was when the stadium exploded like a bomb.
By the time the sun fully climbed, there were already edits with captions, reaction videos, breakdowns, fan translations, slowed audio, and arguments.
And Busan was trending in places that didn’t even speak Korean.
Even the people who hated Dayo had to admit it.
The moment was too clean to ignore.
Online, the reactions split into two loud rivers.
Those who believed.
Those who swore it was PR.
The comment sections turned into war zones, and every war had names.
Sora Kim posted under the airport clip.
"He didn’t even flinch. He didn’t act disgusted. He didn’t pretend. He helped her like it was normal. That’s insane to me this is how a celebrity ahould behave not the otherway around."
Jaehoon Park replied.
"People saying it’s PR, do you know how easy it would’ve been to let security drag her away and keep moving. He stopped the whole scenario and mind you if he had let security do their jobs non of us would even look at it."
Naoko Saito from Japan wrote.
"I watched this five times. The way he said leave her, it sounded like a command from someone used to being obeyed."
Mei Zhang from China added.
"Not the airport clip making me emotional. She will remember that forever."
"Hello everyone I am the girl from the Airport and I have to say this I have been to many shows and it’s not my first time meeting a celebrity but for the first time I felt seen by someone I adoree and I have decided that Dayo is my number 1 OPPA no one else. JD FOR LIFE."
"JD FOR LIFE."
"JD FOR LIFE."
"JD FOR LIFE."
"JD FOR LIFE."
Then the stage clip comments arrived like a storm.
Daniel Cho wrote.
"That boy’s voice was not normal. I don’t care what anyone says, he earned that moment."
Hyejin Lee said.
"Signing someone on stage is crazy. But also, why do I feel proud like I’m his auntie."
Kaito Nakamura posted.
"Busan concert looks like a national event. Korea, you people are wild."
Yunfei Liu replied.
"We are not wild. We are jealous. Bring him to Shanghai already."
From the United States, the tone was different, half love, half hunger.
Alyssa Morgan wrote.
"I’m smiling but also furious. He just signed a new talent in Busan and we’re still waiting for him to step on US soil."
Trevor Collins replied.
"Let them have their moment. The man is moving like a tornado. He’ll reach us soon."
Jasmine Brooks added.
"Bro dropped a movie, dropped a Korean album, did a tour stop, signed a guy on stage, and I still have to go to work tomorrow. This is unfair."
And of course, the skeptics showed up, loud and determined to sound smarter than everyone else.
Eric Wallace commented.
"That signing was PR. No serious label signs a random guy from the crowd."
Minseo Yoon snapped back immediately.
"Random. You mean a guy who sang in front of a stadium and didn’t crack. If you can’t recognize talent just say that."
Kenji Arai wrote.
"Even if it was PR, it’s still a win for the guy. You think PR can fake that voice."
Lina Torres from the US posted.
"If he really signs him and trains him and makes him big, that will be the biggest slap to the industry. I want to see it happen."
Then the articles arrived.
Not one.
A flood, because media houses love anything that smells like myth.

And underneath all of it, the numbers started surfacing from people who were physically there.
Because it wasn’t only a concert.
It was also a selling ground.
After the show ended, Dayo didn’t vanish into a car like most stars would.
He stayed.
There was a signing line that looked like punishment.
A long snake of people holding physical albums, some holding two, some holding three, some holding stacks like they were buying groceries.
Some came with Train to Busan tickets taped behind the album case like a badge.
Some came with posters.
Some came with shaky hands and wet eyes.
And because the event was sold out, because the crowd was already hungry, because Busan felt like the birthplace of the whole movement, the sales went wild.
By the end of that night in Busan alone, they moved about eighty two thousand physical albums.
Not preorders.
Not promises.
Physical units, sold and confirmed through the tour distribution partners on site, with additional orders locked in for delivery because the merch booths ran out before the crowd did.
Jang Wook looked like he wanted to faint when he saw the final count.
Min Jae just whistled once and shook his head like even he hadn’t expected Busan to be that violent.
Dayo didn’t celebrate loudly.
He just stood there, signing until his wrist hurt, because he understood the truth.
This was not only money.
This was loyalty being printed into reality.
And the fans felt it.
They kept posting pictures of their signed albums, their ticket stubs, their blurry selfies from far seats, the stadium lights behind them like proof. 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮
Mina Kwon posted.
"I have his signature. My hand is shaking. I will frame this like it’s my degree."
Haruto Tanaka replied.
"Korea fans are living my dream. I’m sick. I need Japan dates now."
Yuxin Chen wrote.
"If he does this in China, there will be an earthquake."
Back in the hotel, the team didn’t even have time to properly rest.
Not real rest.
Because once you light a fire like this, you either keep feeding it or it eats you.
Jang Wook sat with his laptop open, confirming the next day’s movement.
Min Jae was on calls again, calm, controlled, already treating the next stop like it was routine.
Yuri was quiet in the corner, still processing the fact that her voice was now part of an album moving like a global headline, her phone buzzing with messages she couldn’t even reply to fast enough.
And Dayo, sitting with a bottle of water in his hand, looked at the new clips spreading online and just exhaled.
No panic.
No surprise.
Just focus.
Because he knew what they all knew now.
Busan was only the first stop.
And there was no rest for them.
Not when the world had started chasing.
