Neil returned to the domain, he was feeling mentally exhausted after trying that new skill.

He really went all the way with his teacher and filled her up so many times, they had done almost everything a normal couple does.

Neil just sighed, he can’t explain these things to Ileana but would tell her that Cinthia is in his life too now.

But right now, the main focus was the unknown danger.

He hadn’t slept the previous night too, and wouldn’t be able to sleep this night either.

Walking out of the core room, he saw the guardian heading into the core room.

"Hello master, going to recharge." Nemo spoke as she entered the core room after a playful salute.

"Nemo, did you notice anything strange in the domain or the settlement?" he asked.

"No master, there hasn’t been anything out of the ordinary, no further incident happened either." She answered.

Neil nodded solemnly, he was the monster who had been killing people, everything really indicated that now.

He also had to be careful, what if whatever was behind this was just luring him away from his people?

But with Magnar here, things should still be fine.

As Neil walked out of the building, he looked up, the sky looked the same as always.

The domain and the settlement were moving forward, getting closer and closer to the iron bars, whose size was getting bigger.

"Magnar" Neil called out, and his familiar who was sleeping near the campfire woke up instantly.

The little cub, already at the 3rd Origin Mythic class, quickly ran towards him.

Magnar released a soft sound as he jumped onto his shoulder, fully awake.

"I will be leaving tomorrow, stay here and protect everyone, okay?" Neil spoke, patting his head.

Magnar, who could directly sense Neil’s mental fluctuations, nodded, appearing not so energetic.

"Lord, we were waiting for you." The dwarves bowed in front of Neil, looking excited.

"Did something happen?" Neil asked.

"Lord, we have already set up the barrier you asked us for, we can launch it at any time but it’s a one time use item." Mob answered.

"Oh, that’s good, then launch it tomorrow once I leave." Neil added and the three dwarves nodded.

After a few more instructions, he walked towards Leon and the other troops, who were highly alerted.

"Leon, take care of everything here, also go and inform Hiroshima about it. Ask him if he needs anything now, after the barrier is set, there would be no further communication and the domain shouldn’t be stopped at any cost."

Neil ordered.

"Yes lord." Nodding, Leon quickly ran towards the settlement and soon returned.

There was still no shortage of food, Neil had shared some more earlier.

"Hiroshima said everything is under order for now, and they are following your orders. I have informed him of your departure too." Leon reported back.

"Alright, good job. You will be responsible here after I am gone." Neil reminded again, though he knew how responsible Leon was.

"I understand lord." Leon bowed, he would have wanted to go along with Neil for his protection but following his order was just as important.

Then Neil walked towards the kitchen, Ileana was probably inside.

Upon entering the kitchen, he walked towards the field, and was surprised by the beautiful and colorful sight.

The field was already filled with various sorts of crops which were growing nicely.

It was full of slimes, they were doing various tasks allocated by Fay, Ray and Ileana.

"You are back!" Ileana exclaimed upon seeing him, she quickly walked up to him and gave a tight hug.

"Are you hungry?" she asked, while staying in his embrace.

"Lord, we are nearly done here, we will start preparing the food now." Fay spoke, appearing lively.

"Lord, we have harvested a few more types of crops, we will create new dishes today." Ray spoke, he too was quite cheerful.

"Alright, well done, don’t work yourself to exhaustion." After that, he took Ileana’s hand and the two walked out.

After walking out of the kitchen, Neil suddenly picked her into his arms, in the princess carry style.

The princess was quite surprised, her arms wrapping around his neck.

"H- Hubby, are we doing it already?" she asked with hunger in her eyes and a blush over her cheeks.

"My naughty Eli, we will do that later, but right now I want to show you something I learned today." He spoke and then jumped out of the domain.

It just kept moving, leaving the two of them behind.

"Is it alright to just leave them like that? Fay and Ray are already preparing the food." Ileana spoke, watching the domain and settlement going further away.

"We will catch up soon, just watch." He put her down gently then moved away, creating enough distance so that he wouldn’t affect her.

Then he stood straight, closed his eyes and channeled the mental energy, as a big dangerous cloud rose above his head.

Neil wanted to try it in the real world too, and only by more practice could it become instinctive.

"Oh!" Ileana looked up at the dreadful cloud, her heartbeat increasing rapidly even though she was standing pretty far away.

Then she saw two glowing eyes in the cloud of darkness which seemed to freeze her body and even her very soul.

Neil tried his best to control the mental manifestation but right now it was too violent, after a few seconds, he stopped the skill.

"Hoo So what do you think?" he questioned, running back to her.

Ileana was shocked, it was so terrifying, a true horror.

"That was scary..." she murmured, her chest heaving up and down.

Neil pulled her into his arms, feeling her heartbeat.

"It’s alright, I still need to master it." Neil spoke, caressing her head.

He just wanted to spend some alone time with her, and right now there was no one around but the two of them.

Their fingers intertwined as they started walking forward slowly, chatting about random things.

"I will be leaving tomorrow, probably after noon." Neil suddenly spoke.

"Hmm You don’t know when you will return this time?" Ileana asked, feeling sad.

"I don’t know, but don’t worry, I will return as soon as I can. This trip is really important." Neil said, as he stopped and looked into her eyes.

"Mm Just return safely to me, I have already prepared a lot of seeds for you, for healing and other types." She spoke, leaning forward, her cheek softly resting over his chest.

"Thank you, Eli. I love you..." he spoke, wrapping his arms around her body.

"I love you too, hubby." Ileana looked up at him, as their lips met in a love filled tender kiss.

The two stayed away for a while longer, then Neil picked up Ileana and ran forward.

They quickly caught up with the domain.

The smell of the delicious food already filled the air, the others were all ready to eat and were just waiting.

"Lord, the food is ready." Ray spoke, as he began to serve food to everyone.

Neil sat down, and tasted the new dishes, as always they were all good.

The mood was quite good, all of them chatting and joking.

After eating, Neil and Ileana lingered around for a while longer then returned to their bedroom.

This night was more passionate than any before, Ileana was especially more clingy and wouldn’t rest even after many rounds.

With Neil she stayed up during the entire night.
