I looked at Amethyst with a rather serious expression, making sure she wouldn’t get too cocky, I had to show her a little bit of discipline... despite living for a hundred years, it feels like she still has the mentality of a rebellious teenager, and I feel like I have to set her straight.

"Amethyst?!" Jord panicked as Amethyst stood up and started flying, trying to get out of my Divine Realm but...

She could not.

"Hey! Let me out already! Jord come with me, we’re going!" Amethyst said, looking down at me from the skies.

However, I didn’t move.

I only looked back at her with disappointed eyes.

"Amethyst, you’re not moving anywhere until you fully recover and grow stronger... through my help."

"What?!"

"I will personally train you."

"What can you even do to help me grow stronger? You probably used some sort of unique skill or whatever right? You’ve just cheated your way through all your problems, while everyone else like me has been struggling! W-What can you even help with?!"

I see how it is now, she has been saving that one deep down for a while, hasn’t she?

"Amethyst, how could you say such a thing to him?! He saved our lives!" Jord screamed. "Please have some decency! He’s literally your family!"

"I don’t need him! I can do it on my own, I will avenge mom with my own strength, with the strength... she inherited to me...!" Amethyst said angrily. "S-So let me get out already Drake! Or..."

"Or what?" I asked her, looking at her without fear. "What will you do if I don’t let you?"

"You...!" she gritted her teeth angrily, her eyes glowing brightly as her divine aura erupted from her body. "You don’t leave me any other option then! I’ll force my way out if you want to!"

She unleashed her power, about to smash the divine realm’s walls with her full power.

BOOOM!

And yet...

Nothing.

"Amethyst, I believe you’re mistaken about something," I said, flying towards her and facing her head-on. "You’re not in a normal Divine Realm; you’re in the Divine Realm of a Venerable."

"Venerable?! You? Hah! Don’t make me laugh, you could never be...?!"

Her eyes widened, as I unleashed my full power at once.

RUMBLE!

"GUAAAAGH?!"

She screamed in agony as the immense pressure sent her flying down and crashing into the ground beneath, leaving a massive crater.

Amethyst looked at me in utter disbelief, as I descended towards her.

"H-How is this possible...?! Just a while ago you were around my same level!" she screamed angrily. "How can you...?! Ugh...! How could...!"

"You’re a very stubborn person, aren’t you?" I sighed. "You’re the type of people that only learn through battle. So let’s fight, Amethyst. Show me your full power! If you can push me down and make me touch the ground beneath my feet, you win, and I’ll let you go."

"Hah...! You really underestimate me, don’t you?! Everyone does! I hate that! Everyone thinks I’m still a child!" Amethyst roared angrily, rushing towards me at full power. "I’ll show you the true power of a dragon like me, something a cheater like you could never attain!"

CRAAASH!

"Eh?"

However, I stopped her fists from reaching me with my palm, and as she got angrier and attacked me with claws, legs, bites, and tail...

I was able to intercept all blows with my own palms, legs, and tail.

"Y-YOU...!"

She became angrier, frustrated.

"Your movements are amateur at best; you don’t know a single thing about fighting properly!" I said, reflecting on all her blows and hitting her in several spots of her body, shattering her crystal scales with ease. "You are too slow too! and you let your emotions control you! Amethyst, you’re a terrible fighter!"

I kicked her head down, making her go back to the crater she came from.

BOOOM!

"No wonder you don’t stand a chance against Umbral! Even his pitiful small fry minions could kill you! You’re a weakling, Amethyst!"

"Y-You dare...! I-I’LL FUCKING KILL YOU, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!"

She roared furiously, opening her jaws and gathering all her energy at once.

"DIEEEEE!"

TRUUUM!

A gigantic beam of rainbow light reached me; it was indeed quite strong...

And yet, not even comparable to Benladra’s attacks.

BOOOM!

I waved my hand, reflecting on the beam into the skies as a huge explosion erupted behind me.

"What was that? Was that supposed to kill me?"

"Impossible...! T-This can’t...!"

She was still in denial.

"Come on, fight me with all you have! I’ll show you who’s in charge here, young lady. And until you drill into your head to be respectful to me, we won’t stop fighting."

"You’re dead!"

Even when knowing I could easily defend against her attacks, Amethyst rushed into the skies, clashing against me again.

Hey, this was actually good, I was training her even though she didn’t know that...

She’s surprisingly easy to fool.
