Elder Kinston's Exclusive Sweet Wife-Chapter 13: I Want Your Whole Life
Chapter 13: Chapter 13: I Want Your Whole Life
A snicker reached her ears, as if mocking her guess, "If I agree to the additional terms on the contract, would you be willing to sign it?"
"What?" She didn't catch that at first.
"I can agree to your additional terms, but for the last part, it needs to be amended. I can meet most of your demands, but if there is a conflict with mine, my requirements will take precedence."
Mabel Quinn was dumbfounded, almost unable to believe her ears, "You mean... you will also be loyal to me for life? Never betray me?"

"Yes." His answer came with almost no hesitation.
For heaven's sake, does this man even know what those words mean!
Mabel Quinn felt a surge of frustration, and then Kyle Kinston's cold voice reached her ears again, "Mabel Quinn, since you've met me, I want your whole life. Whenever you sign the contract, that's when you can leave."
What does he mean by wanting her whole life! Alright, if this were one of those idol dramas, maybe it'd be a good line, but coming from Kyle Kinston, it only left her with an inexplicable unease.
Was it just because they had that one encounter that he made such a decision?
After coming out of Kyle Kinston's study that morning, she learned from Caleb about the place she was staying in, the top-tier security system, and how bodyguards guarded all around the house. Without Kyle Kinston's approval, she simply couldn't leave.
Tomorrow is Monday, and if she doesn't show up at school, she'll be skipping classes. And one of those Monday classes is Professor Yan's, who's notorious for being strict. If she skips his class, she's sure to fail it by the end of the term.
Mabel really wanted to call the police, to rescue her from this situation where her personal freedom was restricted, but she picked up the phone only to put it down again.
This situation can't be solved by the police at all! Given Kyle Kinston's power, even the police wouldn't be able to get in here.
When Mabel once again stood before Kyle Kinston, he asked, "Planning to sign the contract?"
"But some parts, I need to amend." She bit her lip and said, whether she could leave here maybe depended on the result of this negotiation.
"What parts do you want to amend?" Kyle Kinston's expression was indifferent, as if not surprised by her request at all.
She took a deep breath and said, "Mr. Kinston, you know, we're... uh, not familiar with each other. I can't just be loyal to someone forever. Moreover, if you make unreasonable demands of me, even if you try to keep me here for life, I won't comply!"
"For example?" he asked.
"For instance, you can't force me to do things I don't want to do!" she said decidedly.
Those pitch-black phoenix eyes stared at her, making her involuntarily swallow, nervousness spreading throughout her body, as if the air pressure around her had suddenly dropped.
