Demon Lord: Erotic Adventure in Another World-Chapter 789: Black Dragon Order + Imperial Guard Vs Emperor’s Eyes
"Wake up, stop joking around."
A rough voice boomed as Velvet stepped forward. She observed each of the enemies, sensing the powers of each masked enemy. Eventually, she stood in front of the cat and cocked her head to the side while frowning.
"You’re the strongest and the leader, right?"
The short girl with a petite frame snorted, without responding, as Velvet lifted her hand in the air, her black scales elongating, forming a jet black halberd. She hadn’t seen Asmodeus’s soul weapon Axiom, but after fighting Zwei, she found this shape and weapon to suit her combat style.
"Vinea, take the Fox, Erika the Wolf... Levia, you do what you like. Now then, are you going to tell me why you trapped us here? Or should I beat it from your tiny lips, little girl?"
"Yes, Ma’am!"
"Understood, Commander!"
Erika hopped back, creating distance between her and the Wolf, while Vinea’s smile vanished, and molten scales began to cover her body like armour.
Leviathan didn’t respond because she wasn’t a member of the Black Dragon Order, but the Commander of the Imperial Guard and took a stance, her huge kite shield covering half her body, with her lance slotted in place.
"It seems I have to be serious now, prepare to die."
’It’s great the girls aren’t too exhausted.’
Velvet narrowed her eyes into slits, her dragonic pupils shrinking into a thin line as the cat’s shoulders trembled.
’I see, she’s the emotional type.’
"Who do you think you are, some kind of big shot? Heh, you’re just an oversized bitch with useless fat all over your unsightly body!" The cat-masked girl spoke with a venomous, yet delicate, high-pitched voice.
"Haha, did I hit a nerve?"
The Wolf leaned to the Fox, whispering as his hand reached towards her plump behind, only to get a swift slap from a pale brown tail. "Shit, this woman’s stepping on land mine after land mine, the captain’s going to go berserk."
"Focus, Wolf. These women aren’t trivial opponents!"
Fox Mask’s eyes remained locked on the brunette with horns standing opposite her. The moment the scaled woman spoke. Her entire atmosphere transformed. A woman who lacked any danger now caused subtle quakes in the air, like a volcano about to erupt.
"Shall we take things a little distance away, Devil?"
"Devil? Well, whatever."
Vinea and Fox Mask dashed parallel to each other until reaching fifty metres or so away from the others.
"Come on, bitch! Let’s fight!"
Unlike the calm Fox or fiery cat, the bear was furious about having his manhood being mocked. Beside him, the Wolf licked his lips, watching Erika’s movements.
"Damn, her breasts are nice... if not for this power, I’d love to make her my wife."
The red-haired cat snapped towards the Wolf. "I dare you to blame Aphrodite or the Emperor to their faces, just because of your blessings’ side effect!"
"Tsk, yeah yeah... Oi, blonde, let’s fight." Wolf Mask eyed Erika one last time before adding. "I won’t hold back because you’re hot, prepare to be evicerated."
He snapped his arms across his chest, revealing a pair of claws extending from his knuckles, attached to the bone, or maybe his bones were made of metal.
Erika didn’t take note of his words; she shifted several metres and swallowed the cold air deeply into her lungs, letting it cycle twice, enfusing it with her aura. When she exhaled, a beautifully coloured green and black mist flowed around her body.
’It seems they’re all pumped up...’ Velvet’s lips curved into a faint grin as she stopped worrying and paid attention to the enemy facing her.
’Those girls are fine.’
With a heavy sigh, she twirled the black halberd around her scaled fingers. The opposing force, the red catgirl, remained aggressive, her aura like a bubbling lake of fire, ready to burst the banks.
"The issue is you, I’m Velvet Vincezo, Wife of the Demon Emperor of Lumeria and Commander of the Black Dragon Order."
"Who asked?!" The cat snapped back.
’Where is her weapon?’
Velvet couldn’t tell who was stronger; the pulses of aura she expelled surpassed hers slightly, but Velvet hadn’t focused on explosive aura when she evolved.
Suddenly, the cat shifted her mask, revealing big, round eyes with black pupils and small fiery irises and fluffy red hair.
Then she introduced herself in a blunt fashion.
"Coco, of the Scarlet Paw Clan, and leader of the Emperor’s Eyes."
Velvet furrowed her brows, ever vigilant and watchful of the opponent who revealed her face, which didn’t make sense.
’I hope this cat is like Serena or Vinea, who prioritised energy.’
Erika faced the Wolf.
Leviathan reluctantly mocked the bear.
Vinea and the Fox remained silent in the distance.
The battles hadn’t started, as if waiting for Velvet and the Cat to begin.
A gust of wind blew past, dispersing the golden sands.
Woosh!
Velvet blinked and found Coco’s figure had vanished, leaving a small pit in the sand.
"W-What?!"
The cat appeared beside her face, attacking with a sharp kick.
Thud!
Using her enhanced senses, Velvet raised her halberd and deflected the blow with a vicious swing. Hit with the black weapon, Coco flew back. She dragged both feet through the sand, creating two deep trenches and a smoke screen.
Pah!
Velvet stomped and rushed after her with the spear tucked under her armpit. She tightened the muscles in her legs, flooding them with divine and dragon energy. The two opposite powers created a warm whirl of aura that seeped through her flesh, bone and muscle as she lanced forward like a gunshot.
Her halberd’s tip aimed at the cat’s modest chest.
"Take this!"
Coco flicked a handful of sand at Velvet before dodging to the side, sucking her stomach to avoid the sharp scale blade.
The sand blinded Velvet as she swiped wildly, trying to recover.
Before she could, her body left the floor, facing a painful impact in her abdomen and throat as Coco thrust her knee and spun with a deadly elbow in succession.
Ssssss!
The force pushed Velvet through the sands, her scaled feet digging two fissures half a metre deep. She scrunched her eyes, unable to remove the sand with her hands and instead snorted the excess grit from her nose.
’Damn sand, what a dirty trick.’
With her eyes closed, she held her halberd across her chest, gathering her energies from her muscles and focusing them into her eardrums and nostrils.

Meanwhile, in the distance, the Fox Mask glanced at the current battle and shook her head with a slightly jovial and bright tone.
"It seems your leader isn’t very strong, or should I say she’s far too honest."
Vinea didn’t check Velvet; she trusted her Aunt and Commander. Instead, she focused on the sparkling silver eyes behind the mask that irritated her somehow.
"Let’s fight."
She gathered Divine Aura into the palm of her hand.
A beautiful black and golden greatsword soon manifested, the hum of the blade echoing through the almost quiet night.
"Hmm?"
Fox Mask lifted a series of talismen in her right hand, while the left made strange symbols, as she spoke to Vinea. She snapped her fingers and spoke with a gleeful voice as a silver sphere wrapped Vinea’s body. 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝘦𝓌𝑒𝑏𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝘭.𝒸𝘰𝑚
"Who said we haven’t started?"
’What?!’ Vinea’s eyes widened, ’There was no movement in her aura?!’
Unwilling to face the attack head-on, she sliced with Balmung, cutting a massive golden sword arc through the air.
Vwoom!
"Eheheh~" The Fox giggled the moment she broke the dome, before clapping. "Silly, girl."
Pah!
BOOOOOM!
Vinea covered her eyes as a blinding light enveloped her.
The next moment, she felt an immensely hot force slam into her chest, almost winding her. She launched into the air, spinning wildly before spreading her arms and wings, creating a burst of aura.
"Damn it!"
"No, that’s not the right choice either."
A golden light shone within the silver behind the Fox’s irises as she clapped again.
Pah!
In the sky above Vinea, dozens of beautiful red flowers manifested.
"What the hell?!" She looked up and shouted in frustration.
The flowers rapidly started glowing.
"Not again!"
Vinea flapped her wings against the sky with all her might, sending her plummeting towards the ground. As she fell, her eyes closed, and she poured divine energy into Balmung’s blade, gripping it across her chest.
’She’s going to attack again!’
The Fox bounced with a strange dance, curling her fingers as she tossed another set of talismen beneath where Vinea would land.
However, as the yellow paper burst into silver flames, transforming into sharp, bark roots that grew into the sky, aiming to skewer Vinea.
Vinea gripped her blade and swung with so much force she began twirling in the sky. Her blade tore through the sky, creating a spiralling arc of light aimed at the growing bark as she flapped one side of her wings to increase the speed of her rotation.
Then descended to the earth. Balmung tore through the illusory vines and roots as she landed, creating a deep crater. The sand blew metres in the air around her, as the talismen crumbled.
BANG!
Then she glared up at her opponent.
"Nice tricks, I can see why you’re a fox now."
"Oh my, it seems you’re quite talented, shall I get serious too?"
The Fox’s words carried a subtle hint of anger, or maybe irritation.
Two fox tails puffed up behind her back, and a small blue orb of flames with dozens of talismen floating above it appeared above her palm.
She then reached into her bodysuit, tearing it slightly as she pulled out another handful and a short, soft sword.
When she looked up at Vinea, her eyes changed.
Now filled with countless golden veins and a look of madness.
"I won’t go easy on you anymore. Prepare to die in tears, lamenting your pathetic life."
