Razel’s fiery pupils blazed the moment he noticed the energy.

He spread his arms, creating a golden glow that spread around the cavern, summoning his domain to avoid it. However, the fierce lightning of Serena’s beams jolted the golden dome, immediately shattering its surface and reversing the domain’s effect.

"Kuha.... Urgh..." Razel’s huge figure collapsed, vomiting a filthy black blood that hissed with a searing steam. "You bitch.... how?!" His eyes widened as the beams ripped into his flaming body, boring into him like ten drills.

Kroyst stood at the entrance, his lean body of pure blue now gleaming like a mass of moving crystals. He looked up at the feral fox panting after she expended most of her energy in her brutal attack.

There wasn’t any emotion in his voice, but the cold, icy hatred lingering in his looming iris focused on her. If one’s gaze could kill, then Kroyst must’ve wanted to skewer her where she stood.

Serena’s transformation faded as she shrank in size, her pristine fair skin reappearing, along with her long, black hair and ruby eyes.

The walls suddenly shook, as if a battering ram hit a cheap wooden door; cracks spread across the surface along with deep fissures, causing the entire territory to quake.

A foot appeared from the walls, pulverising the stone wall with a single kick. Asmodeus burst through the wall, his body like an elegant dancer from Swan Lake. He rushed through the dust, crystaline splinters and gripped Kroyst’s throat, lifting him off the floor.

Asmodeus’s gruff, low voice reverberated through the disastrous ruins of the cavern as he gripped the abyssal’s throat so tight the surface cracked.

"Hrrk!? W...What...?"

Kroyst struggled, stabbing at the sudden intruder with his sharp spears.

Asmodeus dodged the sharp tips, leaning his head to the side and parrying the other with his armoured forearm. Without a word, he smashed the crystal man against the floor with a violent thud.

"Guhaaa!"

The blue abyssal bounced in the air as Asmodeus released his throat, before spinning around and raising his leg.

With a sharp snap, Asmodeus sent his body flying into the walls like a comet.

Serena watched the scenes before her, shaking at the knees. Her heart pounded faster and faster as the man she loved slowly turned his handsome face towards her. ’Ah, no, I’m currently in an ugly state, what if he...’

Asmodeus opened his eyes with a faint blue light, glaring at the two abyssals as if they were nothing but common bandits.

"KROYST, WE HAVE TO GO!"

Razel panicked and bit into his flesh, and yanked the blue monster towards him, as a magic circle spread beneath their feet.

However, Asmodeus frowned, as the beam tore into the rock, then drilled right through the other side, he sensed a strange power fluctuate and as the beam hit their bodies, the two men vanished...
