The Balance Breakers knew each other pretty well, and Regayu knew that he simply wasn’t Cloe’s match. In fact, he couldn’t win against Thomas either, and Thomas was definitely weaker than Cloe.

They were all connected to a creature at the center, which seemed to be asleep.

’A dragon... coiled? I think I heard about the Coiled Dragon before. Is that what the Pillar of Recurrence looks like?’ Roan wondered for a moment. ’What was that called again... Ouroboros? Yes, I think that was the name. Now that I think about it, I never asked Hick and the other Primordial Beasts what Aurethra looked like.’

Of course, Roan threw those thoughts away. Dragon or no dragon, that didn’t matter now.
