Criminal X : Epitome Of Evil-Chapter 565: The War That Ate His Heart
Pablo told Hena and Gerald, the new kings of new kingdoms, that temples should be built.
Hena and Gerald looked at each other and then they looked at Pablo.
Pablo sighed. "Ask Damascus later about this. He knows what to do. Just copy what he did in Forza and you both shall be fine."
Hena and Gerald nodded.
Pablo carried on.
His eyes fell on Jaun Elia who was writing while standing.
"Are you writing all this?" Pablo asked.
"Yes, sir. You are literally shaping history. This should be written." The writer replied.
Pablo nodded and ignored him.
His eyes then fell on the eight slaves.
"Now all this is done. There is one more pressing thing." He said.
Everyone paid attention.
"The Quintus City."
The slaves drew a sharp breath.
Nike and Hena looked at each other.
Pablo had a total of ten slaves with him.
And as long as slavery existed, Seraphim would never be free of evil.
Pablo turned his head at the king of Forza.
"Make sure to end the slavery once and for all. I don't care if you have to destroy the whole city. Slavery shouldn't exist. All the other kingdoms also have a city like Quintis dedicated especially for this trade. I want such things to be destroyed.
The royals, nobles, rich, all of them want a slave. Sex slave, maid slave, working slave. But after today, if someone is seen buying and selling slaves, they shall be killed on the spot. No mercy should be given. Understand?"
The King nodded.
Pablo returned the nod.
"Alright. Now get to work. Andrezj, make all of these people free of their fatigue. The work should start right at this moment. I don't want any delays. Sera should not suffer any more."
Andrezj nodded and he gladly did his magic.
He muttered something under his breath and the next second, everyone present in the Crucible glowed in a bright white light.
As the light vanished, all of them found themselves free of their fatigue.
They jumped, ran, and stretched. They were full of vigor now. They felt stronger than ever.
All of them bowed to Pablo and Pablo clapped his hands.
"Cut it out. Do what I said. You all have my number. Call me when everything is done. And only call me when everything is done. Andrezj shall be visible to all of you till you finish your work. If you need anything or face any problem, tell the king and if the King can't help you, tell Andrezj to solve it.
Jaun Elia should also stay with all of you and you shall share your workings with him. He should know each and every action of yours. His story won't be complete without you all. I will be staying where I always stay. In room number hundred of the candidates of the military. Bring me good news. Go!"
Pablo said everything he needed to say and no one wasted any more time.
All of them left the Crucible and Pablo walked towards the exit with slow steps.
The Crucible had lost its scary effect as the dragon king passed away to the afterlife.
Pablo ached all over and it took all his will to move ahead. Andrezj had used his magic on him but Pablo had used the power of Gods, magic of an Angel won't do shit to him.
But more than physical pain, he felt emotional pain.
He had never thought that he would become like this. He didn't have a heart but after Sera died, he regained his heart. It was as if when Sera was alive, she had Pablo's heart with her and after she died, she gave it back.
Pablo shook his head.
He had even cried. Pablo Castillo, the man who had killed millions of people, cried for a girl.
Malvador was right. I do become soft.
"There is no reason to be hard anymore, Pablo. The war has ended. Whatever needed to happen, happened. This was the War to end all Wars. Now you can act like a normal man." Cupid said. She had stopped writing in her diary. She wasn't writing anything at all.
Pablo saw that and asked her about it.
"I was writing your deeds for all this time. But after I saw you when you lost Sera, I lost my desire to write about you. For the first time, you appeared like a man with a heart and to write about it would have made it seem like a sham. Your emotions should only be yours. It's not my place to write them."
Pablo gave a slow nod to the angel and with slow steps reached the exit of the Crucible.
It was a bright day, the surroundings were clear and simmering with a cold breeze.
But Pablo only existed in clouds at the moment.
He looked over his shoulder, one last time he looked at the Crucible.
This was the place that gave new things to some people. And this was the place that took old things as well.
Shaking his head, Pablo stepped out of the Crucible and kept walking.
He did not look back at all.
All the eyeball cameras followed behind him and when Pablo sensed them, he shoved his hand inside his left bracelet.
He took out a remote and simply crushed it.
The next moment, the eyeball cameras lost their light and all of them fell down.
The people of Forza weren't able to see Pablo anymore but they knew this for sure…
The whole world was going to change.
"What about those bat cameras of Malvador in the Crucible? Did they fall down or are they still there?" Cupid asked.
"They are dead. Their remote turned to ashes along with Malvador."
Cupid nodded. "And what about that pistol? Did you bring it with you?"
Pablo shook his head. "No. When the lightning was falling. I kicked the pistol there. It also turned to ashes."
Cupid raised her brows. "Why did you do that?"
"I will create this world free of evil, Angel. I don't care about anything anymore. The Gods had promised me if I did their work, they would fulfill my three wishes. That's why I am doing all this. Also, I am not doing this because I had to, or because I want Sera back. I am simply doing this for one reason."
Pablo raised his head in the sky and let out a heavy sigh.
"I am tired of fighting."
