CEO's Contract Obsession-Chapter 186: Jasmine
The surrounding was dark and it was cold. She was alone and confused. Earlier, before she closed her eyes, she heard Henry calling her name. He sounded hysterical and freaking out.
No matter how hard she tried to keep her eyes open she can’t. The pain was unbearable and she wanted to cry. But crying would not do anything good. It will only make Henry panic more and she doesn’t want to worry him anymore.
Suddenly there was a glint of light and its starting to get hot. She felt something warm touch her face and she opened her eyes.
The little girl is back and she’s smiling widely at her while touching her face. Amy stared at her noting every little detail on her small chubby face. Her brown wavy hair is tied with a pink clip to the side. Her dark blue eyes sparkle in joy and her thin pink lips exude happiness.
"Hi hi hi... come," the little said as she giggle at Amy while gesturing her hand to follow her, but Amy just stood there perplexed about what was happening.
The little girl pulled her hand and they walked toward an open field. It became brighter and brighter as they come out of the woods.
The little girl stopped in front of a bush with white flowers. She pluck one and pulled Amy’s hand. Amy crouch down and the little girl slid the flower into her ear.
"That’s Jasmine... My mom’s favorite flower..." Amy murmured.
"Pretty..." the little girl giggled once more before hugging her.
Amy was confounded and it took her a while before she composed herself and she hugged the little girl back.
Amy frowned when she felt her heart ache while hugging the little girl. Next thing she knew, her tears were flowing and sadness filled her heart. She started sobbing for a reason she doesn’t know.
She felt so sad and crying felt right. She felt the little girl’s arms become tighter and her wailing became louder.
"Don’t cry..." She heard the little girl say. Amy wiped her tears and pulled away. She looked at the little girl’s face and saw her still smiling.
She looks so cute with that smile on her face and it’s contagious. Amy smiled while sniffling. The little girl bent forward and kiss her cheek before she clasp both her chubby little hands.
"I’m sorry..." The little girl mumbled as she lowers her head and look at her fidgeting fingers. She looks so sad like a cute little puppy that got scolded.
Amy’s eyebrows furrowed, not understanding why is she apologizing to her. "You didn’t do anything wrong."
"You are hurt..." The little girl replied as she slowly lifted her head and stare at her, blinking her round eyes.
The corner of Amy’s lips curled up, she appreciate her thoughtfulness thinking that even though she is still very young she knows how to comfort others.
"It’s okay honey, it’s not your fault," Amy said as she pinch gently both of the little girl’s chubby cheeks. She just can’t stop herself anymore. She is so cute that the sight of her makes her heart full.
"I’m going now..." The little girl uttered with urgency.
"Where are you going?" Amy got worried since they are in the middle of the field and no one is there but them.
The little girl did not answer her back but instead pluck another Jasmine and placed it on her hand before flashing a big wide smile showing her white little teeth.
"Bye..." The little girl waved her hand before turning around.
"Wait!" Amy grabbed her wrist, she just can’t let a child go on her own, it’s too dangerous. "Let me go with you le-"
"NO!" The little girl shouted with worry in her eyes.
Amy got startled when the little yelled but she quickly fixed her expression and hold onto the little girl’s shoulders. "Do you know where are you going? Do you know your way?"
The little girl nodded and touched both her cheeks, "No more pain..." and the little girl kissed her cheek, "Bye-bye..."
This time Amy let her go with a heavy heart and she ran fast up the hill and waved to her one more time before she disappeared from her sight. The little girl’s expression made her feel relieved somehow. She was smiling and looked happy as if she was going somewhere safe like home.

Her body felt cold, her clothes are wet and Henry’s mind is blank, he doesn’t know what to do. He never felt so hopeless. At this rate, if Amy’s bleeding would not stop, he might lose her. She needs urgent medical attention which is non-existent on that island.
"F*CK THIS!" Henry can’t stop himself anymore from crying as he held Amy’s hands, praying for some miracle to happen.
"God, please not her... Amy, please hold on. I’m sure they are looking for us... God, please don’t take her from me. She’s all I got!" Henry’s vision got blurred as his eyes become filled with so much tears, that even he, doesn’t know where it’s coming from.
Henry cried his heart out he pleaded to the gods above. Just by looking at Amy’s face, he knows that she is fighting for her life. He kept on wailing until he heard a familiar noise.
He heard a whirring sound that is slowly becoming louder and louder. Soon he heard a loud sharp chopping sound of a rotor noise.
Henry quickly wiped his tears and focused all his senses on the noise, trying to find its position. He grabbed a burning branch and ran to the sea. He immediately saw the incoming helicopter. He exhaled loudly and cried more for he instantly recognized the incoming chopper.
It is a Robinson R66, the Welsh Holdings’ corporate helicopter. He was somehow grateful that their rescue is here. But not completely relieved for he knows that the Robinson R66 could not land there. His wife is still in danger and they must hurry so that they can save her.
