Beastmen Love-Chapter 218: Complete

Skalven and Bono were outside, sitting in the living room with Caris, Carist, Troy, Roy and Ian.

"She kissed you. It means she still wants you." Troy says to Skalven, who has been smiling broadly since Astri kissed him. "What about you, Bono? What are you going to do now?"

"I’ll ask to become her guardian. After what happened, I don’t want to be away from here ever." Bono says.

"I won’t ask anything. I’ll just move to her castle." Carist says with a snort.

They chuckle. Caris, Carist, and Bono became like brothers after spending so much time together.

"We don’t see her in a romantic way like you do, though." Caris says to Bono.

"I loved her without being her spouse and I’ll keep loving her either way. I just want to make sure she will be protected." Bono answers.

"I really admire you for that. I thought I would never have a chance at all, so I moved on." Troy says.

"Me too." Roy nods.

"But do you think she has feelings for you?" Troy asks Bono.

Bono doesn’t answer, not really knowing the answer.

"After that hug.. I think she does." Carist says, thoughtfully.

"I think that, too. She could have hugged only his chest, but she did that jump to make sure to hug his head." Ian says, smiling.

Bono blushed, remembering how good it felt to have her in his arms.

"My only worry now is... What kinds of dangers will be around her? The Emperor of Monsters, the evil itself, didn’t die. And I’m sure he won’t ever stop trying to weaken Astri." Caris softly says, making everyone thoughtful and also fearful.

On the next day, Astri says her farewells to Deanora and promises to come visit more often. Before they leave, they have gathered everything that Astri wanted to bring and then Kangki and Claud opened a wide portal to the castle in the United Tribes.

It was so nostalgic looking at the garden and pond. Astri can see that the garden is well taken care of. Astri also noticed that the castle looked a bit bigger.

Atlas holds her mother’s hand, she holds his hand back and with her other arm she hugs Elias.

"It’s so good to be back home." She says.

The guards started to spot Astri, and all of them ran to see her and feel the emotions of finally seeing her back. She talks to them a little, she spots Gilliard and says:

"You did a great job taking care of the garden, Gilliard."

"I wanted to keep it beautiful the way you love it to be, milady.. Welcome back. Lord Zin helped me, of course." Gilliard says, beaming.

Zin tried to keep the garden the way Astri left it, but tried to make it more beautiful with flowers he found around the world and also that he created himself.

The pond has a built-in little waterfall now, and it looks magical. Astri is happy to see those changes. The walls are taller and larger. Astri is taken to where the Pegasus form is. freewebnøvel.coɱ

She looks at it, feeling so weird to see herself in front of her. She asks to bring it outside, and now she understands why the doors are wider.

She kneels herself near her Pegasus form, touches her neck, and closes her eyes.

Her consciousness travels through the same sensation of being pulled in a vortex, however, her eyes and senses started to come back, and everything was so much more clear.

Her human form shines, and then it starts to lose form, and the light goes inside the Pegasus.

Everyone is watching anxiously and expectantly. They were so worried for some reason. When Astri’s form turned into light, it made them panic a little, because many things came to their minds.

What if they found only one more part of her soul? What if Astri still has more soul parts around the world waiting to be formed? What if she never wakes up?

They just found her, they can’t imagine spending more years looking after her again.

When their thoughts were hurting too much, her Pegasus form stopped shining. She opens her eyes slowly, and then raises her head slowly, and everyone gives a huge sigh of relief.

Astri stands up slowly and then looks at everyone.

Her energy is so bright, warm and pure that it made Kenzou’s eyes fill with tears. Claud and Kangki are sure that she’s complete. Her energy is even more powerful than before.

She walks to her children and, carefully, touches her snout and face on them, and they hug her again. Hopin, Yuki, Elias, Kai, and Atlas are remembering the energy they missed so much. Albus and Aurora weren’t feeling the same things as their brothers when they finally met their mother, but once they felt her energy, they naturally wanted her to be near them forever.

Astri also goes to talk to her spouses in her beast form, all of them could hug part of her body at the same time.

After several moments hugging her, they step back. She walked to her Kenzou, who was still so amazed and honored by her presence.

She hugs him with her neck, and he hugs her back, feeling her warm and silky texture.

"That’s how you feel when I hug you." She says to him.

He chuckles, and cleans his face.

"Can I call you teddy bear, too?" He asks.

She chuckles, but it sounds like a funny neigh.

"You can. I don’t mind."

She looks at Skalven and then touches her snout to his face. He touches her face slowly, and then her neck, feeling her good energy. He’s beaming. The way she approached was so intimate that it made him remember that he’s her spouse-to-be.

Astri then walks the dinosaurs, they look at her smiling, very happy that their search is over and that she’s safe. Astri goes to Bono and touches her snout on his face, too, making his heart speed up.

"How does it feel that I’m bigger than you now?" She asks Bono, making everyone laugh.

He touches her face, slowly and tenderly. Falling in love with her all over again. He passes his hand on her neck and then holds her face, landing his forehead on her long face.

"You’re bigger than me in all ways. But there’s something that will never be smaller than you deserve. That is my love for you." He says.

Her spouses automatically get jealous of his romantic gesture, but they don’t meddle because they know Bono sacrificed many things to search for her, too. They will be eternally grateful, but it’s still scary that he’s so big.

After that moment, Bono felt that she accepted him, even though she didn’t say all the words.

"For so long, my mind was a big blur. I couldn’t hear Nature, it was like trying to hear it from inside a thunderstorm.. It’s all so clear now, that is relaxing." She says to everyone. "Now, I need to let our people feel that all their uncertainty is gone."

She goes behind a tree, then shifts back to her human form. Yuki brings her clothes. Astri meets with the others, and then she flies to the sky, and the spouses, Albus, Aurora, and the guards who can fly, follow her. And the others follow her, running on the ground.

The males who participated in the Guards Tournament saw their medals, which they used to hang on the wall of their homes or as an accessory, shining brighter. They run outside, ready to report to their leader, and when they look up, they see some people flying, and then they spot Astri at the front.

"She’s back... LADY ASTRI IS BACK!!"

They start to run, screaming happily, making everyone confused, and then look up to finally understand the meaning of the commotion.

Shung was patrolling with his son Yank when he saw a commotion, and people running. Shung is 48 years old now, he became an Elder of the United Tribes because he passed the leadership to his son, Yank. He uses his hair tied in a ponytail, and it’s possible to see streaks of gray hair on his temples.

"What is going on?" Yank asks.

They ran in the direction everyone was running, and in the Central Area, they finally saw Astri in the middle of the people. Shung gasps when he finally sees her and then runs to her. She smiles happily when she sees him, too, and runs to him to hug him.

"Astri... From nowhere, you were gone.. And from nowhere you’re back.." He cries.

"I’m back, dad.. I’m sorry for keeping you waiting for so long." She says.

Astri sees Yank behind Shung. He looks more mature, not looking like a teenager anymore. Fraz and Ana arrived after facing the sea of people, and they were shocked when they saw Astri. Fraz cries and hugs Astri, too.

"You look great, mom! You’re so beautiful!" Astri says, holding Fraz in her arms but looking at her face.

"And you didn’t age a day!" Fraz giggles, cleaning her own face.

When Astri looks at Ana, the feeling of gratitude is immeasurable. Astri goes to Ana and then hugs her tightly, impressing Ana.

"Thank you... for helping feed Aurora.. Thank you so much. My biggest fear when I woke up was that she didn’t survive without me... You saved her. Thank you so much, Ana! I owe you my life." Astri says.

Ana smiles and hugs Astri, too.

"No.. It was the least I could do. You owe me nothing. You saved me, even when I didn’t deserve. Welcome back." Ana answers.

Astri will be eternally grateful to Ana. Ana is proof that if someone really wants, they can become someone better.

The people don’t know what happened to Astri, so they weren’t expecting her to go to Xzan and Dante’s graves. She kneels in front of them and cries, mourning for their deaths.
