The end of the Yumos seemed to suggest that it was how things would play out for the Qitians as well. Qitian Yi cried, "Valley Lord, please forgive us!"

"I’ll count to three. Those that haven't gone inside after that will be eradicated without mercy!" Tianming began counting and the Qitians, who had just been thinking of how lucky they had been, immediately felt fear.

"I'll go in!" They no longer had any other option and could only opt for the less horrible choice. The four hundred Qitians shot Tianming pale looks as they entered, finally understanding everything. The youth before them was the one who had caused the Three Exalted Houses so much grief all along!

With seven hundred people having entered the crucible, the mood was really dour. At the very least, the Qitians weren't as pitiful as the Yumos, who had been torn to shreds and stuffed into the crucible. If they weren't careful, they might accidentally integrate someone else's seventh astral organ into their bodies.

The three hundred Suishens outside witnessed everything. Tianming rendered different judgments upon the Three Exalted Houses on different occasions. For now, they could tell that House Suishen seemed they would have a good ending as long as they protected Tianming.

House Yumo, however, seemed fated to die no matter what. As for House Qitian, people didn't know exactly how Tianming would deal with them. At the very least, the four hundred Qitians still seemed to have some use to him.

"Sister Jiguang, Sister Xiyue.... Are we going to be okay?" Suishen Qin asked, still reeling from the shock and horror.

Suishen Xiyue smiled and said, "Don't worry! As long as we Suishens take his side, our future is promising!"

"Promising? Can it be better than the arrangement with the Three Exalted Houses?"

"Are you daft?" Suishen Xiyue whispered into her ear, "If he becomes the ultimate ruler, the wives of the ultimate ruler will come from our house. He's alone, but we're a whole family."

"The house of the empress, huh...." Suishen Qin looked at the Blissful Union with admiration. "Yaoyao's in there, right? I guess we have to count on her now."

Suishen Xiyue rolled her eyes and whispered, "That immature brat doesn't know a thing about dealing with men at all." In fact, she had confidence that Jiguang could handle that. She was mature and talented enough for it, after all.

As Tianming came over, Suishen Xiyue raised an eyebrow toward Suishen Qin, who immediately left the others to greet Tianming with respect. "Greetings, Valley Lord." They did seem rather nervous after seeing how the Qitians and Yumos had ended up.

"Valley Lord? You flatter me." Tianming didn't know how to react, especially with many of them being people he knew. They were mostly reverends, but they were definitely his seniors. Suishen Qin was still on the Maniverse Ranking, but she counted as at least half a senior.

"Everyone, my two wonderful seniors and I were forced into this situation by House Qitian, House Yumo, and Suishen Ranxing. I'm sure all of you are aware of what he’s done. That's why—"

Before Tianming could finish, Suishen Qin said, "Don't worry. There’s many in House Suishen who have issues with Eminent Ranxing. They just couldn't voice it because he controls the house for now."

"Okay.... At the end of the day, it seems like I have to be the one to overthrow him!" Tianming knew that, even if Jiguang defeated Suishen Ranxing, it wouldn't be able to truly shake the power structure of House Suishen. After all, she was one of them.

However, Tianming was the core of his new faction, with Suishen Xiyue, Jiguang, and the former valley lord as members. It was a clash of the main representatives of each faction. Only then could House Suishen put their hopes in someone new. As such, Tianming's cultivation was paramount.

"What do you plan to do about House Qitian and House Yumo?" Suishen Xiyue asked.

"I plan to use the Imperial Sword Prison on House Qitian and figure the rest out later. If they send more people here but are wary enough to not seek out the copper coffin, they'll be quite a huge threat to Skydome. Right now, I have the luxury of waiting on my decision, so I won't seek to wipe them all out. Instead, I'll focus on strengthening myself," Tianming said. With two fortuna-class astralships, his position was more stable than ever.

"Makes sense." Suishen Xiyue and Jiguang both nodded. Even though their plan was to lure the leaders of the Three Exalted Houses into Skydome to be slaughtered, it was still risky, given the short distance between Skydome and Infinitum. It would still be best to wait until Tianming was stronger. Tianming was just going to use Imperial Sword Prison to control the Qitians, then keep them in the crucible along with the Yumos.

"Let me plan their release. We can drip feed them back with bits of information that’ll paint a picture of the copper coffin. Tianming, focus on cultivation!" Suishen Xiyue said, winking at him.

"Alright, I'll leave it to you," Tianming said, then left for a secret room.

Some time later, two people walked toward a room along a hallway in the Blissful Union.

"Mom, where are you taking me? Why are you being so mysterious?" Suishen Yao asked.

"Don't ask anything!" Suishen Xiyue glared at her.

"Fine...."

They saw a door that was slightly ajar.

"There's so much fire!" Right as Suishen Yao was about to ask her mother what was going on, she felt a kick from behind before she could even turn back. "Ouch! That hurt!"
