They all crowded over, nudging the first one aside and letting her pat their heads, scratch their chins, and wrap her arms around their necks for a nuzzle. They squinted in pleasure, rumbling with deep purrs.

The Snow Leopard on the outside couldn’t squeeze in and began to pace and MEOW anxiously.

After getting her fill of cat-petting, Si Shuo laughed. "It’s Xiao Cheng, isn’t it? But how did you become invisible?"

Si Shuo smiled, lips pursed. "Xu—" Before she could even get his name out, Xu Chi silenced her with a deep, passionate kiss.

When they finally parted, both were a little breathless. Si Shuo opened her mouth to speak, but seeing the expectant look in his eyes, she gnashed her teeth in exasperated affection. "Brother Chi!"

’No wonder Xuyou copies everything I do,’ she thought. With a Father who so subtly encouraged this kind of learning, it was only natural that the child would surpass the parent.
