Just like it’s name, it’s inspired by Sean’s skill, with Kommi’s own meridian points opened, she can use spiritual energy to increase the toughness of her muscles and vital force to imitate a defensive type martial art.

She has been trained to react to any attack, the fact that Cladiius managed to bypass her reaction is an insult to her training and Sean’s effort to her.

She wants to redeem herself, she grits her teeth, the bear pushes it’s paw, putting it’s entire weight into it.

It feels it’s balance loosening, just as it was confused, Kommi escapes from it’s trap and kicks it’s face.

Her attacks are heavy but that’s against humans at the same level as her, this bear is clearly much stronger than her and it’s focus in physical strength.

It roars and charges at her, not affected by the kick, it opens it’s mouth and tries to bite her.

As Kommi dodges it’s bite, it tries to hits her with it’s shoulder but once again, it feels it’s balance loosening.

Tai Chi Fist Move: Redirect!

Using the Judo of throwing the bear, she then adds Tai Chi and tries to throw the bear but fails to do so because she isn’t strong enough but she still manage to make it lose it’s balance.

Tai Chi Third Move: Shocking Palm!

She slaps him, causing it’s body to shiver but fails to generate gentle power to truly harm it.

Without Shock ability that Sean has, she can only use spiritual energy and vital force.

She retreats and looks at the giant bear with a calm expression.

She’s basically burning through her reserves, without her powerful mind, she might not been able to continue focusing so deeply.

’Again!’ She cries, trying to cheer herself, she dashes towards the giant bear, kicking it’s leg with an empowered kick.

Tai Chi Fourth Move: Impenetrable Fortress.

The bear senses a bit of pain, startling it, the power might not be great but it can’t believe that it can sense the strike of such a little girl.

It starts swiping viciously, Kommi starts dodging left and right, she knows that she can’t keep dodging as she hasn’t learned that domain ability that Sean told her.

It was the ultimate move of her martial art but to learn it, she must develop a strong enough spiritual sense to be able to endure the consumption.

Tai Chi First + Second Move: Flowing Wind

Using the body to redirect the power back to the sender.

Her body turns limp upon impact, she then twists her body and returns the paw back to the giant bear.

It’s like a defensive redirection, that means that she’s forced to use this move to at least gain an advantage towards the opponent but one wrong move and she’ll take the full brunt of the attack of her opponent.

The bear was hit by it’s paw and was stunned, it then tries to slap her again, only to have it’s paw redirect to it’s face once again.

The two of them repeats the cycle of trying to hit then getting returned.

The bear hits it’s own face repeatedly, even with how strong it is, being hit by multiple skills still makes it dizzy.

Kommi’s eyes lights up, she knows that this is her chance, she kicks the ground, propelling herself up.

She then kicks the head of the giant bear upward.

Using Flow to make her body softer, then when she was close to her target, she hardens her muscles with Impenetrable Fortress and kicks it with her momentum.

The bear’s head was now shut down, it’s brain was getting jolted all over.

Spinning mid air with Redirect, she kicks the head of the giant bear once again.

It’s head was blown to the floor, she smiles as she was about to finish it off when the bear’s body suddenly enlarges and it roars before striking her.

She’s defenseless midair, she clrosses her hand in front of her.

Tai Chi Fourth Move: Impenetrable Fortress.

BAM! She was hit, as she was flying, she ignores the injuries she sustains and relaxes her body.

Tai Chi Second Move: Flow.

She crashes into a wall but the sound of her impact seems strange.

Sean raises his eyebrow, he knows that Kommi is a prodigy but he didn’t expect that she would reach this level this fast.

Her Flow is nearly perfect, she doesn’t really take damage in that impact.

Standing up, she starts breathing in a rhythm, she was absorbing spiritual energy from the air.

"Wait! Isn’t that ability a special trait of yours!?" Justin notices the flow of spiritual energy in the air and exclaim.

"Not a special trait but a secret art that I developed, it has the ability to actively absorb spiritual energy present in the air, right now, she’s using spiritual energy to activate her vital force to recover quickly." Sean explains.

His family raises their head proudly, their chests jiggles greatly because of this action but they never noticed this about them.

They are proud that they shocked a silver ranker with Sean’s technique, like Kommi, they also know it, not to mention, their mastery is much greater than hers.

In the arena, Golden was watching quietly, he doesn’t want to disturb Jericho and also doesn’t want to drag Kommi down.

He can easily defeat the giant bear but he decided to give it to Kommi because of the look she gave him.

Her eyes are full of determination, she was always a quiet girl but she’s full of passion and many of the things she wishes to say is conveyed through her actions and facial expressions.

Sean can see that her legs were red but other than that, he doesn’t see that it’s broken, he was shocked.

He knew what she did but still, to think that she managed to learn to combined the two moves simultaneously says a lot about her talent.

The bear coughs up blood as the blow actually breaks it’s ribs and it was now having trouble breathing.

Sean stands up and looks at the referee, the latter also frowns, after the bear vomits blood, he finally makes a move and takes it out.

Seeing this, Sean was relieved, it seems that the people watching over the arena aren’t that dense.

He stands up and starts clapping, she might lost to Jericho but she won the people’s heart.

One by one, the audience starts clapping at her performance, against an opponent clearly much stronger than her, she was able to defeat it decisively.

’I guess the person to actually advance to the next round is Jericho, hopefully they give the winners a brief time to rest so that I can heal them.’ He thought.

Everyone were talking about the result, they didn’t expect that an iron ranker would advance in the next round, they also keep looking at Golden, this pet beast is quite abnormal.

"Yes, I’ve got permission and I wasn’t surprised why they seem so strict regarding my actions." He sighs.

Johnson sits besides him and asks. "Really? Someone like you actually felt danger from hunting?"

Sean looks at him strangely. "Do you really think that I’m some sort of fearless hunter? I hunt with caution, okay? If you’re fearless, then, you wouldn’t survive in this world."

Johnson remembers his earlier years and sighs. "You’re right, I can’t believe that you remind of such basic thing."

"So, when’s the next match?" He asks with excitement, seeing Golden’s performance was breathtaking for him.

"I don’t know, our city is actually an outsider, in fact, principal Maki do not expect any winner from our group, after all, I sit this one down since if I join, it’s basically bullying." He shares.

Johnson laughs out loud, he believes his words, after all, he had seen just how strong Wuk is.

"Kyu!" Someone leaps at Sean, it was Bun Bun, she’s very excited, she knows that today is her sister’s awakening, she wants to go immediately but after seeing Golden’s performance, she wants to fight too.

"I know, I know, you can join future battles, for now, you just need to watch and learn." He turns to his family.

"By the way, she can learn human language because she’s some sort of Beastman like Wuk but this is her final form." Sean looks at the girls with help.

"Really!? Then she’ll be the third sister of the family!" Yana wants to be the big sister very much and is more than happy to accommodate such a powerful sister.

"What’s that?" Johnson was shocked to see Bun Bun, she looks like a beastman but a more animal like appearance.

"She’s Bun Bun, my new pet beast, right! I forgot to tell but I broke through silver rank just recently, that’s probably why you’re unaware that I have a new pet beast."

"You’re already a silver ranker!?" His shout made everyone turns to their direction.

"You’re already a silver rank?" He coughs and asks again, clearly embarrassed by his earlier outburst.

"Yes, just like I said earlier, I only broke through quite recently, I know that it’s surprising for you but please don’t react like that again, after all, you’re a gold rank evolution planner."

"Yes! I’m a gold rank evolution planner, if you want to have your students evolve their pet beasts, you can come to me." He decided to counter his embarrassment with something he’s proud of.

"No need, I have decided to use their pet beasts as my qualifications for becoming a evolution planner, for Kommi’s pet, I think that I’ll either turn it into a variant or find a perfect evolution for her." Sean turns to his student and feels proud on how strong she had become.

"That means that you already planned out the future for the others as well?" Asks Johnson.

Sean shakes his head. "No, I just try to evolve their partners to the forms most suited for their fighting style but regarding what future paths or decisions they make, I won’t really dictate what direction they pursue."

He wants them to grow strong, with more strong allies, the safer his family will be and the stronger his connections will become.

But he will never control their lives, he might give them advise but that’s the limit of his control unless a special situation such as this competition happens in which he was forced to take a leadership role.

With the first round ending, everyone were excited to see the second round.

It was going to be a battle royale once again, it seems that the remaining five schools are in a hurry to proceed to their journey.
