Apocalypse Cheater-Chapter 207: Transformation
[: Daniel POV :]
"You have angered me, boy!"
Despite the swords impacting the Tribe Leader, it wasn't enough to kill him.
Instead, it became even more ferocious as its magma body began to heat up.
I could feel the heat emanating from its body, and even the inferno land started to melt, defying its natural magma affinity.
The monster roared as it summoned a massive molten ball, as hot as the sun, directing it toward me.
Armed with my bow, I shot the incoming molten ball, freezing it on the spot and causing it to burst into icy essences.
However, it was just the beginning, as the Tribe Leader forged a sword so colossal that it dominated the sky.
It grasped the sword and, with its hand, attempted to strike me down, aiming to vaporize me along with the sword.
To counter its attack, I held my bow and transformed it into a sword.
After a few seconds, I infused it with the Element of Magma.
Instantaneously, the sword transformed into a purplish magma blade, its heat melting the ground without direct contact.
Gazing at the incoming colossal sword strike, I smirked.
The force it brought forth generated a powerful wind pressure, blowing everything in its path.
As the colossal sword approached, I held my sword and blocked its attack.
Instantly, a huge shockwave burst out, causing cracks in the ground beneath me and shaking the land around us.
Sparks of magma flared out, and the clash of two intense heats melted parts of the land.
"This is impossible! How are you so strong?"
The Tribe Leader was flabbergasted, having never encountered such an oddly powerful human before.
Undeterred, it intensified its force, creating more cracks on the ground.
Simultaneously, I gathered strength in my arms and parried away its sword, causing it to flinch a few steps backward.
Taking advantage of the moment, I gathered and condensed Mana on my sword, slashing towards the monster where a purplish wave manifested.
Upon impact, the waves shattered its colossal sword into pieces.
The Tribe Leader, now maddened and panicked, faced the unforeseen turn of events.
"My sword... it broke!?"
The Tribe Leader expressed disbelief as its sword, crafted from valuable ore or materials, shattered.
Despite the pain from losing its sword, the Tribe Leader didn't despair, jt seemed to possess additional trump cards.
"You have forced me to use this, Mortal! Be glad that you're the first human I've ever used it on!"
Suddenly, the Tribe Leader summoned an orange jewel, resembling a sun from my perspective.
As it infused with its chest, I sensed a substantial increase in its strength.
Upon the jewel's infusion, waves of heat spread out, triggering a calamitous event in the inferno land.
Fire tornadoes rampaged, and a magma swamp consumed the surroundings.
After a few seconds, the transformation was complete.
The Tribe Leader now sported two pairs of magma wings, even hotter and with a color change to light blue.
Blue flames adorned its body, along with a pair of purple horns on its head.
"Now... you shall die!" It declared confidently.
However, despite its changes, nothing would alter the outcome.
In response to its transformation, I decided to undergo one as well.
"Seraph of the End..." I muttered, and immediately, a powerful aura burst forth, clearing the sky of clouds.
Fusing all seven bloodlines, my bloodline had transformed into the Seraph of the Ethereal Dragon.
This terrifying transformation, born from a dragon fused with all seven bloodlines, held unknown potential.
[: Seraph of the End (Mythic) :]
- A transformation with limitless potential -
- All stats multiply by 100k upon transforming -
- Able to manipulate the forces of Spirit, Chaos, Void, and Space to a certain extent upon transforming -
- Health regeneration multiplies by 100k upon transforming -
- 1st Transformation consumes 1 Million Mana each second -
- Each transformation increases Mana consumption and stat multiplication by two times higher -
-...
While the buffs from the Seraph of the End seemed endless, I opted to use only the 1st Transformation, deeming it sufficient to deal with the Tribe Leader.
In reality, even without the transformation, I could have handled it alone, but I chose to play around with it.
Upon using the skill, my body and physical appearance underwent a significant change.
As the transformation had ended, my appearance underwent a change.
It was mix of a fusion between my draconic bloodline and all of the 7 bloodline characteristics.
My pupils transformed into a unique shape resembling a star, yet there was an undeniable hint of devilish allure in their gaze.
Above my head, three halos manifested in a captivating display of colors, black, dark purple, and dark crimson.
On my head, there was a pair of golden curved horns adorned my forehead, exuding an otherworldly aura.
Stretching from my back were a pair of otherworldly wings.
It was like a composition of duality forces that were in contrast.
The left wing embraced the essence of darkness, while the right radiated the force of light, creating a harmonious yet contrasting display.
My skin took on a slightly darker tone, emphasizing the dragonic features that emerged.
A long tail extended from my form, adding an element of grace and power.
Sharp fangs protruded from my mouth, embodying the predatory nature of the transformation.
Meanwhile, both of my hands underwent a remarkable change, morphing into claws, though their size retained a sense of proportionality.
Once the transformation had ended, I felt strength overflowing within me.
It was so potent that I sensed the capability to crush a world with my palms.
"You... What are you...!? You're not a mortal, and you're not a human! Just what are you!?"
The Tribe Leader, noticing my transformation, was disturbed by my altered existence.
I could perceive its wariness and doubts towards me.
"Who am I? I'm just a human about to end you," I declared confidently.
"Don't be overconfident, mortal! Just because you've changed doesn't mean you can kill me!" It declared defiantly.
Simultaneously, the Tribe Leader conjured multiple meteorites.
Each of the meteorite akin to miniature suns, bombarding me with intense heat and energy.
Yet, now I could partially manipulate the forces of Void, Space, and Chaos, I had control over the situation.
With a mere snap of my finger, the space surrounding each sun distorted, and the suns themselves were drawn into an unknown dimension.
It was swallowed by the vastness of an unseen void.
Another snap, and the space above the Tribe Leader fractured.
A rift opened in the fabric of dimensions, creating a hole where the suns, once a threat, bombarded the Tribe Leader.
"What the!? How can a mortal like you manipulate space!"
The Tribe Leader expressed utter bewilderment at my extraordinary abilities.
Manipulating space was a power reserved for beings beyond the transcendent, and yet, here I stood, casually toying with its very existence.
"No! It's impossible! You're still a human who hasn't even become a deity yet! So how is it possible!?"
The more it sought an explanation, the deeper the Tribe Leader was angered by my existence.
"Don't waste your time pondering it. Let's settle this and bring it to an end,"
I declared confidently, sensing that it was time to bring this battle to a close.
Moreover, even the Tribe Leader subconsciously agreed with my words.
In response, the Tribe Leader let out a resounding roar, unleashing its full potential.
Beams of magma flames erupted from its form, shooting towards me with incredible force.
The impact of some beams on the ground created colossal holes, extending beyond my line of sight.
Despite the precision and accuracy of the Tribe Leader's assault, as the beams made contact with my body, I created a distorted space, causing the beams to be redirected back toward the Tribe Leader.
Without giving up, the Tribe Leader summoned a legion of gigantic magma hands.
Their numbers were hundreds and it attempted to crush me under their immense force.
Undeterred, I countered each onslaught by distorting the space around the magma hands, causing them to shatter into countless pieces.
Simultaneously, molten flames surged from beneath me.
However, creating a rift in space, the molten inferno was swiftly absorbed, and with a subtle manipulation, I redirected the searing torrent back toward the Tribe Leader.
"How irritating!"
The Tribe Leader exclaimed, clearly frustrated by my powers.
"This will be the end!"
Suddenly, the Tribe Leader gathered all of its energy at the center of the jewel infused on its body.
Seconds later, an immense wave of concentrated heat surged toward me.
Everything around was subjected to its searing force, with the surroundings heating up and melting.
It just shows how powerful the attack was.
Nevertheless, I met the onslaught head-on.
With a rift in space I created, the surroundings cracked, and the wave of heat was skillfully absorbed into the rift, sparing me from its direct impact.
However, the Tribe Leader had unleashed more successive waves of heat.
It seemed intent on overpowering me and overwhelming me with its relentless assault.
It was a good idea, however, it won't work against me.
