Leo was surprised and asked, "Why do you look up to me as an idol? There are far better drivers out there than me, no?"

Louis Hamlet replied calmly, "Sir, there are many people that might have been better than you, but they lacked the technological advancements, though I don't hold it against them, but as someone who has met them all, I can assure you that they have all lack a certain something that you radiate."

Leo raised his brow and asked, "What would that be?"

Louis Hamlet replied after taking a deep breath, "The warmth of a human being. Those people who have stood at the peak and seen the world, they act as if they have become gods. Yes, they have been the best but then they were surpassed. Yet they forget that they are only mortals. Some of them might have redeemable qualities but it is not much when compared to how you lead your team. Even after the people have left the team, they have never spoken badly about you or the rest. Yes, there have been differences but that is not because that the team didn't receive them well or anything like that, it was just human nature."

Leo shook his head and said, "Everyone has a different pursuit in life and so they are different. Anyways, cutting to the chase, I would like to ask you if you would be willing to sign a contract with us, for five years. I know that it is a bit too much of a time to ask for, however, we plan to give you special training so that you can bring out the best of the car. I will personally do it. The price is negotiable, and we will also provide you with a team that would work for you and get you endorsements and such. We don't intend to mess with your personal life but we hope that you make the apt choices to achieve the results that you wish for. Also, last thing that I can personally guarantee is that you will be the first seat of the team for as long as you stay with us, regardless of your results."

Louis Hamlet and his manager were shocked, he was just sixteen years old this year, and the company was willing to promise him the first seat. After thinking about it, the manager asked, "Mister Cardinal, can you ensure that Louis will get the better car than the second driver?"

The young man raised his brow and said, "Mister Kermit, I am the second driver. The cars will be set equally. The first season will be a training session, his results would be his own. While I do intend to teach him, nothing he earns will be served to him in a plate. The reason is simple, a racer is someone who fights for every inch of gap to take the lead. If he is a racer, then let him fight. He can have his car tuned to fit his needs the best, but that is all, the rest of the specs would be the same. That is a non-negotiable."

The manager, Kermit frowned but before he could say anything, Louis Hamlet said, "Sir, may I ask if I would be involved in the designing meetings, and strategy meetings?"

Leo nodded and replied, "Yes, you will be, because you are the part of a team and not a mascot. So, don't worry. Your position in the team will be fixed and your privileges would be the same as any other driver. The team will take your suggestions, and respond to you to the best of their abilities."

Louis Hamlet nodded his eyes lit up when he heard these terms and said, "Sir, I am ready to sign the contract. We can do it right away, I don't mind the money I make."

Leo chuckled and said, "Kid, your manager will blow a vein if you keep talking like this. The management will get to you right away and they would discuss the financials with you."

That said, he stood up and left the conference room. Kermit let out a sigh and said, "What an intimidating presence he has."

Louis sneered at him and said, "Old Man, you better not make things all about money here. This team is the one that will be my closest of friends in the path to peak. Although, my father has asked you to look after me, but I still hold the right to fire you."

Kermit shivered, he knew that Louis was calm, but only till the people didn't bother him and obstruct his path. He would really be fired and so he fell quite and sat down in the chair like an obedient assistant.

Leo looked after his children and played with them which drained some of their energy and they fell asleep. Then the young man donned his racing suit and went over to test the car once again. The team was efficient and they have already come up with some solutions.

Leo got in the car, and then drove it around the track for fifteen laps before he said, "It is better, but can be more stable. I will head back in and tell you."

Then he parked the car again, before he said, "Melvin, you can design a autonomous and independent suspension system for all the wheels. Give the frequency control to the driver inside the cockpit or enable it with the sensors. When we turn it should get stiffer or softer according to the data on the turns."

The discussion began and went on for an hour before Beta pinged Leo that Elena had woken up. After a few minutes, Leo finished changing the diapers of his babies when Rama Kashyap reached out to him. The call was connected and the later said, "Sir, the holographic wrist communicator has been finished. It has been tested in five thousand parameters for over a million cycles, it is clear of bugs and ready for production."

Leo smiled and replied, "That's a good thing. Good job, Rama. Announce a bonus for all the people in the team and also, if you have a few samples, can you send some for me to use? I want Snow and Lily to have one."

Rama chuckled and said, "Sir, we have made hundred such samples and all the top brass of the company after you and your family will get one. We intend to do a round of internal testing and also a promotion. After all, the officials have to attend a lot of meetings so these communicators will be promoted in the higher circle of the business world to gain higher orders. We can also create encrypted office versions of the communicators this way the employees would be able to get rid of the heavy laptops everywhere."

Leo nodded and said, "That is a good idea, but hold that thought as the companies would not allow the people to use the communicator at their own convenience. So, just keep it simple, and also I am sure that the holographic technology that you guys have developed can also be used in a mobile phone design. Right?"

Rama Kashyap nodded and Leo authorized him to create a mobile like that could be released to the market on a cheaper price.

Then he picked up the children gave them the tour of the lab and introduced the rest of the people to them before he headed home. June had come over to deliver the sample communicators and Leo gave one to her as well. June was happy and said, "Sir, I will tease Kyle with it."

Leo chuckled and said, "You two should get married now, it is time."

June blushed and sighed at the same time before she said, "Sir, can you tell that block head to propose to me? I have been hinting at him but he just cannot comprehend it all with that brawny brain of his."

Leo laughed out loud and said, "I will look into it."

June thanked him and then teased the twins a little before she went off to handle her tasks as well. Leo headed to pick up Lily, and then they headed home while Lily told Elena and Julian what she learned in the school, and then she asked, "Baba, when can we go camping again?"

Leo thought and said, "In three more months, this time we can take your aunt Frag along with us. That girl is getting lazy by the day."

Lily sighed and said, "Baba, she is not lazy but she is stacked with a lot of work, you should help her, and yesternight I heard her talking to someone, it seems as if someone is bothering her."

This sudden information caused Leo to frown as he said, "Fine, I will talk to her and ask what is going on. Lately, I have no given her much time, I wonder if she is upset."

Lily shook her head but didn't say anything else. When they reached home, Leo said, "Everyone, gather over, I have something new for us to try."
