Almighty Father System-Chapter 400: Daddy Is Building A Car.

The next day, Leo arrived at the Cardinal Industry park with his twins and found that a special zone had been designated in the vehicle test lab. The place was equipped with the best tech and research facilities in the world. It had two dynos, and an underground wind tunnel to tune both the inside and the outside of the vehicles designed.

However, the man testing was done on the track outside. This one track had multiple pathways that could be taken over in various combinations. The only thing that caused a little trouble for them was the unavailability of test drivers. Leo had trained the people from the formula team last time, but after the ending of the season, they realized that they cannot keep up with the situation and the demands, and respectfully walked away from the division.

Leo was received by the new team principle and the rest of the technicians. They first congratulated him for the birth of his children and then they all moved to the conference room to hold a meeting. The kids were being watched by Beta.

Leo stood at the head of the table, and said, "Before we proceed for this, I want to make a few things clear. This whole project will have one speed and one goal. From now on, we will not look for test drivers, look for race drivers and promise them that the vehicle would be developed according to their preferences. We will tune the car to their needs and not according to ours. Respect them for they put their lives on line."

The engineers nodded and the testing team looked at each other and then they nodded, Leo said, "I wonder if the new design has been completed already?"

The head of mechanic team nodded and said, "Sir, it has been fabricated, and is all ready for test runs. We tried to drive it around but we cannot sense fine details and adding the computers was adding unnecessary weight to it."

Leo sighed and said, "Fine, I will get going, but I need you all to open the longest track configuration first. Before anything else we need to make sure that the unit is working alright, the rest is just fine tuning it."

The team nodded and they began to prepare as they went to the paddock and Leo found a streamlined extreme racing vehicle parked there. The attendants all greeted Leo, and the young man smiled at them before asking a few things, and then the technicians turned the car on with a computer system.

Leo checked all the surface dynamic controls and then he went to the locker room and changed into a driver's suit. His physique was strong and sturdy, and thankfully, the system attributes managed everything for him and he didn't have to go on a diet.

After changing his clothes, he spotted the guys pushing the car out of the paddock and Leo said, "Can you guys bring over the cradle of the kids to the paddock, in case they get agitated, tell me, I will move back here."

The people were takenaback but they all nodded quickly, and then Leo got inside the car. Then he drove it around at a high speed for five laps before he noticed something and frowned as he said, "Melvin, the front end is vibrating."

Melvin replied, "Ok champ, noted."

Leo continued to drive and after a few minutes, he pulled in front of the paddock and the mechanics rushed over. He got out of the cockpit and said, "Melvin, you need to stabilize the front wing and also the blades. The whole thing was about to shoot off and crash in the walls on the turns when I was going flat out."

He was dissatisfied but the people didn't show any neglect and quickly handled fixing the situation. He moved to watch over the children and after a few minutes, Melvin said, "Sir, we swapped the front end. Can you give it a try?"

Leo nodded and said, "Baba will be right back, okay?"

Elena and Julian cooed as they saw him off. Leo drove the car around for ten more minutes, but this time he didn't say anything. He kept going for an entire hour before he said, "The back is shaky when exiting the corner. Also, the suspension is stiffing up."

After a few minutes, Leo pulled over and said, "The under body needs to be redesigned. The air flow is not suitable to assist the suspension, also, as soon as you go flat out the whole thing seems like it wants to fly off."

Melvin sighed and said, "We have six months and now this comes up."

Leo rolled his eyes and replied, "Enlist someone from the AI department and get three robots to optimize the fabrications."

The people nodded and then after a few moments, they saw Leo making formula for the children and began to feed them right in the paddock. The twins didn't kick a fuss, they were busy talking to each other in the code language and only Leo was able to understand them. Although Beta could also understand what they were saying thanks to the model that Leo had uploaded in the code.

However, the robots were not yet allowed to display this skill as people had just accepted the technology into their homes, and they were still gradually learning to trust them. Though, the company had already started to promote the idea where the robots would be able to understand the language of the children and the pets.

After feeding the children, Leo sat down on chair at the side, and was looking at the mechanics working and discussing the situation very animatedly, suddenly, his gaze fell on a small kitten that was sleeping under the sun. Leo smiled as he looked at the little kitten. Just when he was contemplating if he should go and bring the kitten over to introduce his children, he spotted one more kitten walking over and laying down next to the kitten.

He raised his brow, Melvin approached him and before he could say anything he noticed that Leo was quite captivated by the two kittens and he said, "These two were found by Adlen, the mother died while giving birth. They are raised here in the center, when they opened their eyes, they only had themselves to see, so their bond is rather strong. Initially it was a struggle to look after them, but now they are used to us."

Leo nodded and then he said, "Can you hold on for a second?"

Melvin agreed and waited patiently when he saw Leo walking out of the paddock and into the small patch of grass where the two cats were laying down. He crouched down at some distance but didn't look at the cats. He turned his face to look at the track before him.

In the system, there was an item that allowed the wearer to be liked by animals, and Leo decided to buy two of them. This item was listed in a failed product because it could cause all the animals to be attracted towards you. If a tiger came, then it would also charge at you, but the psychological shock of that scene would kill the people.

Leo held the two lockets in his palm and saw that the two kittens had raised their heads to look at him curiously. After a few seconds, they meowed and slowly shook off the daze as they approached Leo.

The young man petted the two of them and then he gradually returned to the side of the cradle. The kittens followed him and Leo placed the two lockets in the hands of his children. After a few minutes, when Beta finished scanning the two kittens for any disease or bugs, Leo picked them up and placed them inside the cradle.

He mumbled, "Babies, these two will be your friends from now on. Make sure that you don't harm them." 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢

They cackled and tried to reach out and touch the kittens. The locket made sure that the animals didn't feel agitated and even began to warm up to the children quickly. Leo said, "Beta, keep monitoring them, if the kittens need to relieve themselves, take them outside and then bring them back. Melvin have someone arrange for a litter box here. These two kittens will now be adopted by the Cardinals."

The pit crew nodded and whistled, before Leo said, "Let's call the car, Eccentra."

Everyone smiled and Melvin said, "Cardinal ER-E"

ER stood for extreme racing and E stood for Eccentra. After a few minutes, when the situation was sorted up, Leo then began to participate in the discussion for the vehicle development.

In the evening, he picked up his children and the two kittens were being held by Beta as they headed to pick up Lily, from school. The kittens were docile and so, when they were being carried by Beta, Leo took back the lockets and them put them back inside the storage space from the system.
