After Giving Birth, All My Beast Ex-Husbands Suddenly Want Me Back-Chapter 131: Stay away
Not long after, several females who either knew Nina or wanted to meet her came over.
They crowded around her so thoroughly that Odian and the others were completely pushed out of the circle.
"Nina?" one female who had known her before said uncertainly. "Is that really you?"
"Yes, it’s me," Nina replied with a smile.
"Nina, you’ve become so beautiful!" the female said, staring at her in amazement. "I heard from the chief that you were here, so I came to find you."
"You’re Nina? My name is Alan. Can we be friends?" asked a sweet-looking female.
"Of course. I’m happy to meet you," Nina said.
"Nina, thank you for saving my brother’s cub," Alan said gratefully.
"You’re welcome. Your brother already thanked me," Nina replied.
She wasn’t sure exactly which family it was, but many beastfolk had come to thank her and brought gifts.
"My brother thanked you as my brother—but I’m thanking you as his sister," Alan said with a smile. "I adore my little nephew. If it weren’t for you, I might never have heard him call me ’Auntie’ in that soft little voice again."
Nina smiled warmly.
"And me! My name is Mira. I want to be friends too!"
"And me..."
More and more females eagerly gathered around, all hoping to befriend Nina. Nina greeted each of them kindly.
Meanwhile, some females who had just arrived noticed Odian and the others standing nearby.
Their eyes lit up with admiration. 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞
When did our tribe get so many handsome males?
A few bold females couldn’t resist approaching.
One spirited-looking female walked up to Odian.
"Excuse me... are you single? May I get to know you?"
Odian’s expression remained cool and distant. He didn’t even spare her a glance.
The female, clearly captivated by his looks, refused to give up easily.
"Are you new to the tribe? I don’t think I’ve seen you before."
"Yes, you must be new. How long have you been here?" another female asked eagerly.
Odian said nothing.
Without a word, he simply stepped away and slipped back behind Nina.
The two females could only sigh and leave, embarrassed.
"That male is so cold..."
The other females who had been thinking of approaching immediately stopped.
He’s handsome, but he feels way too intimidating.
Better forget it.
A few other females set their sights on Kith instead, casting flirtatious glances his way.
"This male... you don’t have a female master, do you?"
Kith stepped back slightly, putting distance between them.
"No," he said politely but firmly. "I already have a female master. Please leave."
"You really do?" one female said suspiciously. "Where is she? You don’t even have a mate mark."
"That is none of your concern," Kith said, his expression turning cold.
He didn’t want Nina to be disturbed because of him. Even though he didn’t yet bear the official mark, he already considered himself Nina’s guardian.
And Nina was his female master.
He edged closer, looking for a chance to return to her side.
The questioning female bit her lip and walked away reluctantly.
The others also left after hearing that he already had a female master.
If he already belongs to someone, then forget it.
Sal’s side, however, was even livelier.
Several females surrounded him at once.
"Hey, handsome, are you free tonight?" one brightly dressed female said, throwing him a sultry wink.
"Your body is incredible," another seductive-looking female purred. "Ignore her—come with me instead. I’ll make you my eighteenth mate."
She had taken a liking to this wild, untamed male at first sight.
"You can’t go with her!" a voluptuous female interrupted. "She already has so many mates—and even more lovers. You might only get your turn once every few months!"
She looked at Sal with sparkling eyes.
"I like your type the most. Come with me—I’ll give you cubs."
"Back off," Sal said impatiently. "Stay away from me. Don’t make my female master misunderstand."
He dodged left and right, avoiding their touch.
If he weren’t worried about Nina seeing it, he would have already sent them flying.
"You’re lying," the voluptuous female said. "You don’t even have a mate mark."
"Be my mate instead. I’ll treat you very well."
To her, Sal didn’t look like someone who already had a female master.
Besides, if a male looked this good, what female would delay forming a bond with him?
What if he ran away?
"I said I already have a female master," Sal said coldly. "If you keep pestering me, don’t blame me for being rude."
His eyes turned icy, and the pressure of his aura pushed the females back.
I need to get the mark with Nina soon, he thought.
Otherwise, no one would believe he already belonged to her.
The females, frightened by his hostility, quickly backed away and scattered.
Finally free, Sal began scanning the crowd for Dahn.
After Nina agreed to him, he had already sent Dahn to find a shaman.
He wanted the shaman to mark their bond tonight.
In the beast world, a couple was only officially bonded after a shaman performed the marking ritual. Once marked, the mate contract would take effect, binding the male so he could never betray or harm his female master.
After searching for a while, Sal finally spotted Dahn running toward him.
"Where’s the shaman?" Sal asked, looking behind him. There was no one else.
"Boss, I asked around," Dahn said helplessly. "Everyone says this tribe doesn’t have a resident shaman. They only invite one at certain times each year. When that happens, any couples who want to bond all get marked together."
He scratched his head.
"I even searched the nearby area, but there aren’t any other tribes close by."
Sal frowned.
"That’s fine. If this tribe doesn’t have one, send Haron to find one in another tribe. He’s fast."
It seemed the bonding would have to wait a little longer.
Hopefully, Haron could find a shaman quickly.
He couldn’t risk someone else getting ahead of him.
"Haron," Sal called.
"You go find a shaman in the nearby tribes and bring him here. I want him to mark the bond between Nina and me. Tell him to come immediately—whatever payment he asks for, we’ll give it."
"Understood, boss. I’ll bring one back as fast as I can."
Without wasting a second, Haron spread his wings and flew off.
This was a matter of his boss’s lifelong happiness—speed was essential.
Aviel’s situation wasn’t much easier.
Several females surrounded him as well.
"Hello, I’m a rabbit female with high fertility," one red-eyed female said directly. "I like you very much. Will you become my mate?"
"I’m a vole female," another small female said quickly, stepping in front of her. "Our species has even higher fertility. Come be my mate—I’ll definitely give you a cub."
"Choose me. I’ll let you be my first mate," another female added.
"Stay away from me."
Aviel released a wave of cold pressure, his gaze sharp as ice.
The females instantly felt the air turn cold, their breathing becoming difficult.
Frightened, they hurried away.
Aviel seized the chance and quickly returned behind Nina.
"Nina, your jewelry is beautiful," one female said curiously. "Where did you buy it? It looks expensive."
"I didn’t buy it," Nina said.
She glanced behind her, spotted Aviel, and pointed to him.
"He made it."
The females all turned to look at Aviel with admiration.
That male is incredibly handsome—and he even makes jewelry like this.
Then they glanced toward Odian and the others.
The other males are just as handsome...
With Aviel standing near Nina, his intimidating aura had softened. Seeing this, a few females finally gathered the courage to approach him.
