Cherry Lewis wanting to cause trouble is understandable, but the old lady hoping for her grandson’s divorce is unheard of!

It seems the old lady really doesn’t like her granddaughter-in-law!

But this didn’t affect Isabella Weaver in the slightest. She still cheerfully video-called Harry Hunter, chatted with him a bit, had some snacks, took a nice hot shower in her bathrobe, leaned against the headboard to read for a while, and then went to sleep.

Zoe Lewis chimed in at the right moment, "Sis, keep it down. You’re scaring grandma with your outburst."

Cherry clenched her fists tightly, using all her strength to hold back her temper, though her voice couldn’t hide her anger: "How come when it’s her turn to cook, she goes on a business trip? Isabella Weaver must have done this on purpose! When is she coming back? She has to cook; I want to eat!"

Her spoiled princess attitude kicked in again.

Back when Ryder Lewis was around, she often spoke to people in a commanding tone, bossy and unreasonable.

Ben Hunter frowned, "My granddaughter-in-law is the Young Madam of the Hunter Family, not your cook. If you want to eat, make it yourself!"

Seeing Ben Hunter about to get angry, Cherry quickly snapped out of it: "That’s not what I meant. I just think Isabella Weaver is using the business trip as an excuse to deliberately avoid serving you and grandma!"

Ben Hunter nodded in agreement, "Yes, she’s not as dutiful as you. Since you’re so dutiful, tonight’s dinner is up to you."

It all came down to her being the cook!

Cherry was furious inside, but had to smile outwardly: "Grandpa, what about the family chef? They’re the professionals, wouldn’t they suit your taste better?"

Harry Hunter sat on the sofa, wearing reading glasses, shook the newspaper in his hand, and calmly continued to read.

No one was available to cook, and Cherry couldn’t just leave, otherwise, she would offend both the old man and the old lady!

She was so angry that her insides hurt, but she had no choice but to drag Zoe into the kitchen to cook for the two elders out of respect.

Once the sisters left, the old lady kicked Ben Hunter and lowered her voice, "Are you deliberately making things hard for Cherry? Did you send Isabella away? Was this all part of your plan?"
