A Journey That Changed The World.-Chapter 1312: Red Devil Woman
Archer watched as the young man nodded frantically, as much as his pinned position allowed, before collapsing to the floor as Archer released him. Turning smoothly to the cat woman, his tone softened, a charming grin tugging at his lips.
''Would you like to join us for dinner, gorgeous?'' he asked.
Leira beamed before nodding. ''That sounds good, Arch.''
After that, the four of them settled in to eat. He ordered more food for the group. The generous spread drew delighted smiles from each woman. The innkeepers suddenly recognized them and hurriedly offered free meals.
Archer rejected the offer of free food and paid for everything, which surprised the older man but he happily took the gold coins. While the group ate, he pulled out some ale and offered it to the women.
''Try some of this ale,'' he said with a smile. ''It's some of Sera's less potent stuff.''
The dragon woman let out a playful giggle when she heard this, her eyes glinting with mischief. ''I remember this one. It's going to be a treat for everyone!''
As the four continued their meal, Leira broke the comfortable chatter with a more serious tone. ''I've been working with High Command to map out the Pluoria invasion. Our scouts report the Alliance has fortified the entire shoreline.''
She took a sip of the ale and shivered before continuing. ''We believe the 1st Legion should lead a full beach landing to break through. They're the most experienced army we have, and Elara is a brilliant commander, also maybe we can ask the water elves for help.''
Archer nodded. ''Keep planning for everything and I'll speak with Colestah, but her empire is recovering from a famine. Once we've taken Avidia, then we will take our homelands back and ensure they thrive,'' he reassured the cat woman.
Following that, Sera announced after downing some ale. ''I'm going to get back to the wall to help Teuila. I bet she's missed little old me.''
Everyone started laughing as the dragon woman stood up with a swaying tail before kissing him and jumping into the Domain on wobbly legs. Archer shook his head when he saw this, causing Leira to say. ''She's drunk. I bet someone finds her asleep on the sofa.''
This made the three of them laugh, as Hemera was the first to crash out. ''I'm done, I can't eat anything else or my stomach will explode,'' she exclaimed while leaning back in her chair.
Archer chuckled when hearing this, but Leira was the next to speak as she commented. ''I feel sleepy now, it's getting late.''
''Do you two want to come back to the Domain with me? It would be nice to spend the night with you both,'' he suggested.
When the two young women heard this, they quickly agreed, causing Archer to send the Oathkeepers back before the three of them vanished. The group reappeared in his bedroom where Demetra and Ella were still sleeping.
Hemera and Leira shared a soft giggle as they gently prodded the sleeping women. ''Ella's downright adorable when she's knocked out like this,'' the sun elf remarked with a grin. ''Look at those ears twitching!''
Archer chuckled, then turned his attention to Ella and Demetra, ensuring they were comfortable before shifting to make space. As he slipped into bed, Hemera nestled against his left side and Leira claimed his right, while the other two found their spots curling up against the rest of him.
The cozy warmth soon lulled Archer into sleep, just as the sun elf pressed a tender kiss to his cheek. Leira followed suit with a gentle kiss of her own, and the three of them drifted off together.
Outside, the weather turned fierce, rattling the treehouse as the storm raged on. The next morning he woke up with a yawn but couldn't help but shiver thanks to the cold air that forced him out of bed.
''Let's light the fire and get some warmth in here,'' he muttered.
Archer stumbled over to the fireplace while letting out a yawn and stretching his body hearing several pops from his back as the cold made his body stiff. 'Ah that feels better,' he thought with a smile.
Moments later, he crouched down and breathed a stream of dragon fire into the fireplace that roared to life. Violet flames beat back the cold causing him to slump in a nearby chair as a Brownie appeared with a cup of tea.
The gesture caught him off guard, but the small creature gave a respectful bow, placed the cup on the table, and vanished without a sound. He settled into a chair, sipping the drink as he let his senses sweep across the Domain.
Archer's gaze tracked the Burrowfiend and Ripper Ant colonies, already locked in skirmishes with the Nightmare Ants. 'Already at it? That didn't take long,' he mused, a faint smile tugging at his lips.
He watched as the ants battled each other and Vivienne's horde was winning but the Rippers still took down a dozen or so of the bigger creatures. While they fought the Burrowfiends rushed in and started attacking both sides.
''So they're not with the Ripper Ants,'' Archer muttered. ''This is interesting.''
Following that, he checked on the Wild Pig population that exploded thanks to their bodies seeping in mana. The Umbraworms were expanding but more monsters were feeding on the giant creatures.
Once Archer did that, he sent a message to Teuila. 'How's everything at the wall? Are the Alliance going to attack again?'
He rested his head back as her exotic voice responded. 'The scouts have reported a massive army is heading this way. Are you coming to help?'
'Yes, I'll be there soon,' he replied.
Archer finished off his tea before checking on the four sleeping women who looked comfortable. He teleported to the blue-haired beauty who was in her room, staring out into the quiet desert.
She turned around with a smile and greeted him. ''Morning Arch. Looks like the Alliance has given up trying to push us back.''
''They won't be able to,'' he said with a confident tone. ''Where's Sera?''
''She's clearing up some resistance in the south before following their tracks back to where they came from,'' Teuila revealed while sitting down. ''She's taken a thousand legionnaires from the wall further west.''
Archer nodded and stepped out while summoning an army of Venomwings. ''Go find Seraphina and help her clear out the Alliance survivors.''

As the two spoke, Sera was wreaking havoc in a forest farther south, her name spreading like wildfire among the enemy ranks. Survivors whispered tales of the Red Devil woman who had cut down hundreds.

Sera was crouched on a branch that overlooked an Alliance camp. She watched as the soldiers went about their business as the legionnaires encircled the camp so no one could escape.
The young woman summoned her claws with an excited glint in her eyes as she noticed two men walking under her hiding place. She waited until the enemy soldiers were under her, causing her to attack.
She sprang from the branch, her blade flashing as it tore through their throats in a single, brutal arc. Blood sprayed wildly before the bodies crumpled to the ground. Sera stormed into the camp, drawing a deep breath and unleashing a roaring wave of crimson fire.
Without letting the Alliance soldiers catch their breath after her sudden attack as the camp was burning down around them, she started slicing, stabbing, and using her tail to kill any enemy that came close.
Screams and shouts echoed from the camp as she butchered all but one man. She was covered in blood from head to toe as the legionnaires finally appeared with shocked expressions.
Blood and body parts littered the ground, causing some of them to shiver in fear, but it only increased when she spoke. ''I let you live to tell your commanders about me,'' Sera said in an excited tone.
Following that, the man started running as a Draconian commander appeared beside her. ''My Queen. Was it wise to let him live?'' he spoke in a respectful tone.
''Yes, I don't care if they know it's me,'' she said while cleaning her claws. ''It will scare them, unlike Talila, who liked to sneak attack I like them knowing death is coming for them.''
The commander shivered in fright as he nodded. After that, they followed Sera around while she attacked any Alliance soldiers she found. Hours later, the legionnaires were struggling to catch up.
She turned around with narrowed eyes and spoke in a determined voice. ''Set up camp and head back to the wall at sunrise. I'll travel by myself.''
''Yes my Queen,'' the older man replied before he rushed back while giving out orders.
Sera streaked across the grasslands, her wings cutting through the air as she hunted for more enemy camps to raid, reveling in the thrill of it all. With no one to rein her in, she unleashed a thunderous roar that rolled across the landscape.
