Chapter 122: Chapter 121: Galos’s Fetishes

Samantha squinted her eyes slightly, feeling her status being undermined.

Previously, Galos only had her as the one Dragon beside him. As for Elf Dragon Vera, Samantha felt she was more like a "pet" rather than a member of the Dragon Race.

Now, there was an additional Iron Dragon, Solrog.

Even though there was a similar lineage flowing within them, an invisible bond tying them, Samantha still felt threatened. She didn’t want her status in Galos’s heart to diminish.

"Solrog, you are the last Dragon to arrive here."

"Remember your place, you can only be fourth among us."

Samantha raised her chin and said.

Solrog squinted his eyes, instinctively wanting to get angry due to the Red Dragon’s provocation, but considering his current state was not suitable for conflict, and that the rough and stupid Red Dragon wasn’t worth the fuss.

He took a deep breath, suppressed his anger, and then, a bit puzzled, asked, "Why fourth? Is Gordon also here?"

Samantha shook her head.

"Gordon is not here."

She pointed to Elf Dragon Vera and said, "Vera is third, you are fourth."

In her heart, she considered Vera a pet, but at such a time, she should bring Vera to stand on the same side with her, as Solrog, after all, was a young Dragon, older than her, with an age advantage.

Elf Dragon Vera nodded vigorously, proudly lifting her head, "Yes! Yes!"

Solrog glanced at the calm reaction of Galos and did not entangle over this topic.

His gaze swept over Samantha and Galos, then grinned and sighed, "It’s rare for those of us with the Ignas surname to gather together after leaving the nest."

"If Gordon were here as well, us four siblings would be complete, the Ignas brothers would be intact."

Evil Dragons mostly preferred solitary life.

But there were precedents of Evil Dragons living together in groups, mostly among Blue Dragons, with many records in their heritage.

For instance, the famously noted ’Helmold Brothers.’

Their existing members are three Ancient Blue Dragons, living in the Boiling Sea in the Western Sel Wilds.

Allegedly, they were seven Blue Dragons with the same lineage, forming a Dragon Group living together, advancing, and retreating together, depending on each other, facing strong enemies together, sharing spoils and treasures, establishing vast territories in the vast Boiling Sea.

In their rise, four members fell and died.

The remaining three have now become formidable Legendary Ancient Dragons.

Those enemies who killed their brothers tasted the wrath of Dragon revenge, being completely destroyed, their bloodlines utterly erased.

Speaking of Gordon, the youngest and intellectually least reliable Iron Dragon.

Galos shook his head and said, "Given Gordon’s condition, it’s difficult for him to survive alone in the wilderness."

Gordon, being an Iron Dragon, also harbored grand ambitions of establishing a Dragon Empire, but unlike Solrog, he wasn’t naturally smart; he was duller and lazier than Red Dragon Samantha, just an ordinary mediocre Iron Dragon.

Back when they were in the Iron Pine Hills, Gordon never came to seek asylum.

Galos estimated that this Brother Long’s outcome might not be good; even if he was still alive, life must be particularly miserable, likely being the worst among their brothers.

"Survival of the fittest is the main theme in the wilderness."

"Let’s not talk about him."

The Iron Dragon, though physically weak, was mentally very enthusiastic, and said, "Our Ignas three brothers will surely become renowned in the skies, the oceans, and the land."

Elf Dragon Vera shouted, "And me! That’s four brothers!"

"Don’t crowd us with non-blood tie outsiders."

The Iron Dragon said.

Elf Dragon: "It’s simple, I can just change my surname." The Iron Dragon shook his head: "That won’t do; the surname is just superficial, the bloodline is the key."

Elf Dragon drooped her head, lowering her wings.

The Iron Dragon continued, "Unless you join the Ignas brothers as a companion or mate."

Pausing, he assessed the diminutive body of the Elf Dragon and added, "Compared to the Dragon Race kin, I favor Half-Beastmen; if Galos likes you, maybe there’s a chance."

Half-Beastmen refer to beings like Catmen, Werewolves, Foxmen, etc., which bear both human and beast traits.

Elf Dragon, looking at the imposing Red Iron Dragon, couldn’t help but recall the terrifying scene of training young Dragons at that time, and then shivered, hastily flapping her wings to fly away, hiding behind a tree, not daring to show her face.

Solrog looked at Galos, curiously asked, "My dear brother, you are soon to be a young dragon, you should have your preferences by now, which species of females do you prefer?"

Dragons possess an aesthetic that spans the entire race, but based on individual differences, different Dragons have different preferences.

Metal Dragons tend to like humans, elves, and other creatures with smooth, hairless, scaleless skin, appearing delicate and petite, while Five-Colored Dragons prefer ferocious, robust-looking monsters.

Iron Dragon Solrog had a penchant for Half-Beastmen, considered a somewhat niche hobby.

Samantha and the Elf Dragon hiding behind the tree perked up their ears, watching Galos.

Under the watchful gaze of the Dragons, Galos remained composed and shook his head.

"I don’t have a specific preferred species."

He said.

Solrog’s dragon face revealed a knowing smile, saying, "I understand, meaning you will indiscriminately like all species of pretty females, that’s great, a strong desire reflects ambition."

That was definitely an over-interpretation.

I just want a peaceful life without ambition.

Galos didn’t bother to argue with Solrog, saying, "To celebrate our reunion, tonight, we shall feast in Needleleaf Valley."

Soon enough.

Night fell.

A bonfire was lit in Needleleaf Valley.

Violent Bears carried fresh meat, setting it on the bonfire to barbecue, oil sizzling on the roasted meat, with some spices sprinkled on top, the aroma mingling with the oil to create a delightful taste.

The Dragons enjoyed the feast.

Samantha tore a big piece of cooked meat and said, "I’ve heard that older and more powerful Dragons dine like human nobles, like elves, with not just meat on the table, but also jams, sweets, wine, and surrounded by countless servants singing and dancing."

Solrog nodded and said, "Once we establish a magnificent empire, we can also have these enjoyments."

"Not just food, but grand palaces and splendid residences."

In the simple valley feast, the young Dragons dreamt of their future.

Galos quietly chewed on the food, savoring the taste of oil and spices, without saying more like Samantha and Solrog, as the firelight flickered gently in his dark eyes, reflecting a restless heart.

He didn’t have much ambition.

But the monotonous food, crude dwellings could indeed not satisfy Galos.

"If I could live more comfortably under the premise of peace and safety, that would be wonderful."

The Red Iron Dragon chewed the food, swallowing meat and bones alike, thinking silently in his heart.
