365 Days To Love-Chapter 165 - ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FIVE: Unexpected Saviour.
"Nathan!"Sophia yelled in anger, when she couldn’t find her son in his room or any part of the house after he had embarrassed himself in front of Hazel.
This was enough.
She knew that there was no stopping her son,but what she wouldn’t tolerate was him embarrassing her infront of that wench.
She has to die.
Hazel had taken her son’s love for herself and it was too much for her to endure, not when Nathan’s all she got.
She was just one step away from accomplishing her mission ,but he had ruined everything.
Hazel would have been dead by now,and no one would have suspected anything because they were out there trying to solve their problems.
Which had given her full opportunity to do away with that beat, she was just one step away from drinking that drink, but her stupid son knocked the cup out of her hands onto the floor.
Was he stupid?
Hazel knew right there that there was absolutely no way he could have tripped on a dry floor, and was she suspicious of them?
Yes.
Ever since the visit of her friend, who did nothing but made her feel that something was wrong with the way she was scrutinizing her under her gaze.
She knew right there that they were talking about her, and her friend was one observative fellow.
Hazel hasn’t for once thought of the idea of her planning anything for her, even with their relationship.
She was too stupid.
Because there’s actually no way,she could blindly trust that she doesn’t have a hand in what she was passing through, with their relationship in mind.
Was it the fact that she chooses to believe the good in everyone, that made her son turn soft where she was?
This is how she planned this,Hazel was supposed to be long gone had it been both father and son didn’t stop her.
"He’s not here either"The maid said with her head hung low in fear, after noticing the foul mood she was in.
None of the family members had come down for dinner, and this was another failed mission because Vanessa had informed her earlier about Hazel rejecting her offer of having dinner sent to her.
Which added to her annoyance, this was one good chance to do away with that bitch, but her plan was not working at the moment.
The guards stationed at the front of her door were not blinking, or thinking of leaving even if for a second, and she knew there was absolutely no way they would listen to her.
These were Zaiden’s men, they wouldn’t listen to her or anything she would say that would have them leave Hazel’s room door.
Avery and Ezekiel surprisingly weren’t at home either, which she was not inquisitive to know where exactly they went to,all her attention had been on killing Hazel.
"Get out!’’She yelled at the fidgety figure of the maid, who had her eyes tightly closed in fear.
Sophia could feel it,she needed to hunt and for crying out loud, the only option of calming her down this moment was seeing the dead body of that wench.
Looking at the knife which was in the kitchen, she tried making up plans on how to get into Hazel’s room, but none could come at the moment, making her more irritated at the obstacle that was preventing her from doing so.
Fisting her hands, with the knife tight in her palms, she touched her head which was swimming in a migraine.
She felt a pain to her head which she never experienced before, which had her dropping the knife on the ground which generated a frustrating sound against the floor.
Holding onto the counter for support, she knew it wouldn’t be long before she loses herself completely if she doesn’t kill Hazel.
An ear piercing scream left her lips, when the second headache that was much worse than the first came.
This time she was not bothered at what she wanted to do to Hazel anymore, rather, she wanted this to stop.
Sophia was in pain.
She had stopped taking her drugs for three days straight, and luckily not even Her husband nor her irresponsible son had been taking notice of that.
They were all occupied with things which she’s been kept in the dark about, and were cutting the attention they were giving to her.
She didn’t want to die.
Vanessa was nowhere in sight, which she’s sure she should have gotten tired of waiting on the guard at Hazel’s doorpost to lose their concentration so she could get the job done.
Which made it much worse for the pain she was in,while she clutched her head with her two hands, her feet buckling as she met the ground with a heavy breathing escaping her lips, and sweat formed on her face.
.
All Sophia needed at that moment was someone to save her from her death ,which she knew was coming before her eyes.
The house was empty, and devoid of anybody who could get her drugs from her closet,no one was nearby.
She had asked the latter who was here earlier to leave in anger, and she was sure there was no coming back for her or anyone seeing that she’s angry.
They were too good at gossiping ,and maybe the reason that no one heard her grunts of pain as she curled herself into a fetus position while waiting for a godsend.
At that moment of death,Sophia knew that as she was too focused on planning the death of someone else, that she was not sure about her life anymore.
The will to live was so strong for her at that moment, that she found herself limping towards the exit of the kitchen,In hope of someone to see her.
I can’t die yet.
That being what she held onto,She still had a lot to do like Killing Hazel and getting her son’s mind in place before leaving this world.
She needed someone to help her from this impending doom that was about to fall on her,but what she hadn’t planned for or imagined was her saviour coming to her in the form of Hazel.
A loud loud scream left Haxels lips when she saw Sophia on the floor, her heart breath increasing the moment she lifted her face up to see her before falling down.
Was she dead?
The anxiety of seeing a dead body was too much ,also coupled with the fact that maybe the murderer was in the house right at this moment, and they had been the one responsible for Sophia’s condition.
She took out her phone from the pockets of her PJs with trembling hands,to type in Zaiden’s number for the hundredth time of him not picking it up.
She needed help.
Sophia was dying, and she doesn’t know any damn thing about saving a human being, she’s no doctor.
What if she makes a mistake, while trying to save her life and she gets blamed for her death?
Sophia was her enemy, she made that knock to her,but she wasn’t too heartless like the lady on the ground to this extent of leaving her to die.
Moving close to her, with shaky breaths, she heard her whispering incoherent words to her, which she interrupted for herself to figure out that she was talking about her drugs in her closet.
The adrenalin which pumped in her blood at that moment, was too much that she was also stunned at her actions when she barged into Sophia’s matrimonial room, towards her closet to find out where the drugs were.
She was doing that with shaky hands, while praying she didn’t die, pulling a drawer out that she could make out a whole lot of drugs.
Her mind was too disorientated,to ask what the hell was wrong with her and why she had such a large amount of drugs in her room.
Taking out a bottle of it out of the thousands in there, she rushed to the kitchen to find her seated up on the floor with her left hand clutching her stomach.
’i couldn’t know h...how many dosa..."Hazel stammered, before the bottle of drugs was snatched from her hands at a fast pace.
She watched with teary eyes as Sophia took out their pills and swallowed them in one go,her eyes never leaving Hazel’s messed up state, which was because of her.
She watched as she took her other hand that was on the floor into hers, rubbing on it lightly in a soothing manner while waiting for the drugs to start working.
Was she stupid?
She knew who she just helped.
Sophia watched, as the tears rolled down her eyes as she cried and mumbled words, that were not of any importance to her at the moment.
Looking at her sides,to see the knife on the floor, she looked back to Hazel who was crying deeply as if she was dead, and felt something tug in her heart watching her cry, and did she like that feeling?
No.
This was a perfect chance to eliminate her, there’s nobody here but just the two of them and she’s too immersed in her crying to notice the intention she has towards her.
Do it,Sophia
Kill Hazel! she is right in front of you.
Take up the knife and slice her pretty face with it.
Sophia was tempted to do it, but the reason for her hesitation was another question to be asked another time.
Because right now, she’s okay that she didn’t die of a panic attack, but maybe another panic attack would be coming her way after what she just experienced.
Hazel saved her life.
She was saved by her enemy.
Sophia Knights was saved by Hazel, and what she didn’t like about this was the fact that Nathan was watching from the door as she held the knife, but was not using it on the crying Hazel.
Sophia Knights, what the hell is happening to you?
