Sophie Smith furrowed her brow, pretending to be aggrieved. For some reason, watching Asher Land look defeated made her suddenly very happy.

During breakfast, the servants all stayed away from the dining room, afraid to approach, because Asher Land’s face looked terrible early in the morning. Everyone speculated whether Miss Smith hadn’t satisfied their young master the previous night.

Sophie and Alexander sat across from Asher, and while Sophie calmly ate her breakfast, Alexander kept raising his little head to glance at Asher.

"Mommy, what’s wrong with Daddy?" Alexander asked quietly while sipping his milk.

"Nothing," Sophie stifled a laugh.

"You’re still laughing?" Asher glared at her.

Asher put down his coffee cup, "Should we go upstairs now and continue what we didn’t finish last night?"

He raised an eyebrow.

Sophie waved her hands repeatedly, "Let’s not."

If he couldn’t control himself again, she wouldn’t be able to get out of bed today, and they still had to go to Bali Island tonight.

By five in the evening, Asher, Sophie, Alexander, and Nanny Garcia boarded the private plane heading to Bali Island, while the rest of the guests would likely arrive two days later, the day before their wedding.
