The girl watched the drooling Wild Boar blocking their path, so terrified she nearly collapsed to the ground.

If her boyfriend hadn’t been gripping her hand tightly, giving her courage, she might have burst into tears before her legs gave out.

"I..." The young man, who had just mustered the courage to flee with his girlfriend, was now at a complete loss.

A razor-sharp, crescent-shaped Cyan Wind Blade shot out from a dark corner of the woods, whistling through the air.

The sound of a sharp blade slicing through flesh echoed in the dim forest.

"SQUEAL!"

A wretched squeal, many times louder than the girl’s crying, exploded through the dim forest.

Despite the thick woods, the agonizing squeal was so loud that most of the passengers in the vehicles stuck in traffic on the road outside heard it clearly.
