Su Han reached out, pulling the Shark Leader’s corpse into his Bronze Ring. He then turned and fled without any hesitation. He knew his pursuers weren’t limited to the sperm whale and its two companions. If he were to be entangled, an endless stream of enemies would await him. Even if he had three heads and six arms, he couldn’t possibly withstand the entire East Sea Demon Clan.

"Trying to run? All members of the Demon Race, hear my command! Stop him with all your might!" the sperm whale commanded, sensing Su Han’s attempt to escape.

The Jing Tribe was the most prominent race in the East Sea, and the sperm whale was one of its powerhouses. At its command, countless demon beasts converged from all directions, eager to halt Su Han’s advance until the three pursuers arrived.

"Kill!"

Su Han’s face was expressionless, his eyes icy. With a low cry, Demonic Qi surged as he brandished the Black Blade and charged.

SPLAT!

With a single slash of his blade, a squid demon beast at the Divine Power Realm was cleaved in two.

CRACK!

Unleashing his Triple Chilling Nether Qi, he instantly froze a seahorse demon beast into shards of ice, utterly destroying it.

These demon beasts were generally weak, and Su Han could slay them with ease. Their numbers, however, were overwhelming. They swarmed him by the hundreds and thousands, forming a significant obstruction that drastically slowed his pace. Behind him, the sperm whale and its companions rapidly closed in.

"Origin Technique: Spiritual Freeze!"

Unwilling to waste any more time, Su Han activated his power. Ninety-nine of his Divine Sense Stellars ignited simultaneously, and his torrential Divine Sense transformed into an invisible spiritual storm that swept through the area. Instantly, the surrounding demon beasts were struck by the spiritual storm. A layer of frost formed over their knowledge seas, freezing them in place and trapping them in a momentary stupor.

WHOOSH!

Seizing the opportunity, Su Han shot through the horde of demons like a swift fish and escaped the encirclement.

The sperm whale arrived, jolting the dazed beasts from their stupor with its intense Demon’s Might. "Useless trash! What are you waiting for? Chase him!" it roared, leading the massive horde of demon beasts in swift pursuit. While giving chase, the sperm whale sent out a message: "Su Han has appeared! Activate the second blockade!"

Soon, a vast shadow appeared before Su Han, resembling a dense, impenetrable wall. The shadow was formed by a tightly packed mass of demon beasts, including colossal powerhouses from the Jing and Shark Tribes, as well as countless others like crabs and lobsters.

With deadly enemies ahead and relentless pursuers behind, Su Han was in a dire predicament. Yet, without a moment of hesitation, he gripped his Black Blade and charged forward, determined to carve a bloody path out.

"Maximum Defense!" Su Han roared, activating a myriad of Origin Techniques and Divine Methods to form his strongest possible defense against the combined assault. Then, he summoned the Dragon Slaying Demon Banner. With a flick of his wrist, he unleashed it, sending Evil Dragon Shadows surging into the demonic horde.

Evil Qi was terrifying enough, but the Dragon Fiend Qi it carried exerted an immense suppressive power over these demon beasts. Wherever the Evil Dragon Shadows passed, nothing could stand in their way. Beast after beast was corroded by the Evil Qi until their bodies exploded, leaving nothing behind.

"Nine Palace Golden Pagoda!"

Su Han’s Shore Flower Clone was still active. It summoned the Nine Palace Golden Pagoda and smashed it directly into the throng of demon beasts, instantly creating an opening.

"Kill!"

Wearing the Ghostly Face Mask and enveloped in billowing Demonic Qi, Su Han activated the two Demonic Patterns on his Black Blade. He struck with all his might, cleaving a bloody path through the chaos.

This entire stretch of sea was dyed red, and the thick scent of blood drove the members of the Shark Tribe into a state of frenzied excitement. Soon, Su Han broke through the second blockade and continued his escape.

Witnessing Su Han shatter the second blockade, the pursuing sperm whale’s expression turned incredibly grim. It hadn’t expected Su Han to be strong enough to break through two blockades in succession. "Damn it! He actually got away!" it snarled. "But he will never escape the third!"

Still, it remained confident, because the third blockade was the true killing blow. Of the three blockades, the first was designed to succeed through sheer numbers; simply finding Su Han’s location would count as a success. The second consisted of the sperm whale and several other Heavenly King Realm powerhouses—a force that even an Imperial Son or a Holy Maiden would struggle to contend with. But Su Han had shattered even that second blockade. Now, all their hopes rested on the third.

The third blockade not only covered a wider area but also featured more powerhouses, including three at the Supreme Realm. No matter which direction Su Han fled, he would inevitably be discovered by one of them. At that point, his death would be certain.

After relaying the message, the sperm whale snarled, "Chase him! I must witness his death with my own eyes!" It then led the group to resume the relentless pursuit, giving Su Han no chance to breathe.

In the vast sea, surrounded on all sides, Su Han’s escape was exceedingly difficult. Yet, his expression showed not the slightest ripple of emotion, and his heart remained extraordinarily calm.

Even in such peril, even with enemies on all sides, I must carve a path to a brighter future!

Suddenly, Su Han’s body stiffened, and he came to an abrupt halt. At that moment, his Front Character Secret activated, revealing a glimpse of the future. He saw a Supreme Realm powerhouse lying in wait.

The Front Character Secret represented the pinnacle of the spirit, granting the ability to see the future. With Su Han’s current power, he could foresee events up to ten seconds ahead, and at this moment, he saw such a vision. It was a colossal jellyfish, a full kilometer in size. Its semi-transparent body resembled a vast umbrella, and its countless tentacles spread out, blanketing several hundred meters of the surrounding sea.

This was, without a doubt, a jellyfish at the Supreme Realm—one of the three Supreme powerhouses of the third blockade.

In that moment, Su Han acted with the resolve of a warrior willing to sever his own limb to survive.
