Evolution Online: Building a Kingdom with 100\% drop rate
Chapter 63: Ch-: Great 8 Family Heirs (3)
Scarlet Family Estate
An extremely attractive young woman, with red hair and green eyes and a very well-proportioned figure, lay on her stomach on the bed. She idly scrolled through her phone, her legs bent at the knees and gently swaying in the air in a relaxed, carefree manner.
"Heh, congratulations my foot." Reading the last text from Regal, she sneered. She did not believe for a second that Regal congratulated Olivia from his heart and knew he was already planning to cause problems. Even she was plotting something, as no one wanted the other family to grow stronger, and if they did, all the families would do their best to drag them down if they tried to rise too high—that’s how the balance had been maintained.
"Young Miss Ruby, Lady Valerie has come to see you," a woman in a French maid uniform said respectfully.
"Eh, Valerie? How did that bitch get here so soon? Tsk, don’t tell me she was chatting while heading here," Ruby clicked her tongue as she looked at the maid. "Send her in."
She instructed, and the maid bowed and left.
After some time, an extremely beautiful woman with a voluptuous body and long, ocean-like blue hair entered the room.
"Ruby, my friend, long time no see," Valerie said with a warm smile and was about to hug Ruby.
"Stop, don’t be disgusting. Tell me why you are here," Ruby’s face scrunched up as she looked at Valerie with disgust. The warm smile on Valerie’s face faded as she sat on the expensive sofa gracefully and crossed her legs while looking at Ruby.
"What are your thoughts on Olivia, Rachel, and Andrew teaming up? Do you think it’s their individual decision or the decision of their families?" Valerie asked in a solemn tone.
"I think they are doing it on their own. I already heard from sources that the families behind them are forming their own family guilds," Ruby thought for some time and then replied.
"Do you think we should team up as well like those three?" Valerie said, then noticed Ruby’s disdainful look.
"Hah, I don’t want to get backstabbed," Ruby said with a snort, then saw Valerie’s face break into a pleased smile.
"Why are you so happy?" Ruby asked.
"My family asked me to find another heir from the Great 8 Families to form a guild like Olivia and the others. That bastard Julian wants to form a guild with me, and my family set this condition. Now everyone has regrouped, so it won’t happen, and I can form my own guild and not see that bastard’s face," Valerie said in a grim tone.
"Pfft, I forgot that you were engaged to that fat pig," Ruby burst out laughing and saw Valerie clench her fists as veins bulged out.
Valerie was very dissatisfied with Julian being her fiancé. Not only was he fat with average looks, but there were also rumors of him being very arrogant and completely incompetent.
Both of their families were at the bottom, so the elders decided to get them married and form a marriage alliance to counter the influence of the other families, much to her despair.
"Young Miss, the family head told me to inform you of something," a maid stepped into the room and interrupted them.
"What?" Ruby asked with a frown.
"He told me to ask you to check your email. He said he had sent the contents in your email as a private message to Faceless."
Ruby opened the email, and Valerie also leaned closer. As she read the email, she burst into laughter. "Pfft, hahaha, but I doubt he will respond to the message."
Seeing her laugh like that, veins bulged on Ruby’s forehead, and she cursed, "Damn those old coots, how dare they do this without informing me."

[Angel Wing Guild has been established by the top players Rachel, Andrew, and Olivia, who will serve as the Guild Master of the Angel Wing Guild. Thousands of players worldwide have already applied to join the Guild.]
[We have heard rumors that it is possible the other top guilds will join forces to unite against Angel Wing, as many of their members are also leaving their guilds to join the Angel Wing Guild.]
Victor looked at the announcement in surprise, as he had forgotten about this, and mumbled, "Right, Angel Wing Guild ranked among the top 3 guilds, and before I died it also ranked as the number one guild."
From his memories, he knew that after the top 3 players, and Olivia, the number one player, had created the guild, by using her fame she had recruited a huge number of players to her guild, and gradually, as the fame grew even more, high-potential players joined her Guild.
"I wonder how many players I could attract if I open a guild," Victor pondered as he rubbed his chin. Compared to Olivia, he was much stronger than her, and he knew that many of the powerful organizations had already offered him insane amounts of money to buy his leveling secrets. He did not bother to reply, as first of all it was his 100% drop rate which was impossible to share, and moreover only a fool would reveal their edge for some money.
Victor opened the player leaderboards and clicked his tongue, muttering, "Tsk, all of them belong to the Great 8 Families."
[Player Leaderboards]
Faceless (Level 100)
Olivia (Level 30)
Andrew (Level 28)
Rachel (Level 25)
Regal (Level 25)
Valerie (Level 25)
Mathew (Level 24)
Ruby (Level 23)
Julian (Level 22)
"Every single one of them was lucky to awaken a Warlock skill, I guess their luck of being born into top families also applies to their luck in awakening a Warlock bloodline," Victor mumbled. In his past life, every single one of them was a formidable existence that grassroots players like him could only look up to. He had come into conflict with some of them when he refused their recruitment and knew how terrifying they were to non-Warlock players and even NPCs.
"Especially this guy Regal." In Victor’s memories, Regal Roshfield was the one with the most offensive bloodline, which was magma; his power was the exact carbon copy of a certain anime character famous for his infamous "Absolute Justice."
He had once died under the magma attack of Regal when he refused his so-called goodwill to join his guild, which Regal took as an insult.
Then, as he was browsing the player forum, he came across a private message that had arrived. He was curious who would send him a message, as he had adjusted the settings and charged a high price to send him a message after he was overwhelmed by millions of messages from random players, and only top families and organizations sent him messages—but stopped when he did not reply. Curious, he opened the messages and almost choked on his saliva when he read the title.
"What!!"
