A bitter old man gets tossed into the world of Tamriel, as a descendant of a religious madman no less, watch as he delves into the secrets of magic and explores the wonders of this danger-filled world, and with luck and a lot of magic juice possibly even beyond.This is my first attempt at writing a fanfic (or anything for that matter). English is not my native language but I think there shouldn't be too many mistakes. The story will focus on magic and exploration with most likely a bit of romance later on.

Li Muyang had transmigrated, and the good news was that he had a system. The bad news was that this system could only be used to play games. Oh well, if it’s playing games, then so be it. It’s better than having nothing. In the game, he was powerful and mysterious, causing the extraordinary fairies to be shaken to their core. Since it’s just a game, there’s no problem in aiming for the full compendium route, right? It wasn’t until one day that the fairies from the game showed up at his door that Li Muyang was truly startled. What was supposed to be just a game, how did it become real? “So... listen to my excuse!” I was really just playing a game!!

He never performed well in either middle nor high school, and even after becoming an adult, he never worked. Be it morning, noon or night, he only played an online game. For him, being the world’s number one rank, playing that online game, was his very reason for living.

One day, his account was hacked and his character deleted. Restoration was impossible. Nothing that could be done. The number 1 rank that he literally spent his life to attain and to defend was now lost. Filled with despair, he turned to suicide.

When he opened his eyes again, there was the online game. No, the world itself looked similar to the game. He had been reborn as the extra character of the premium avatar he created in the past, but left untouched.

The former world’s top, was reborn in a world that looked like that online game. That was the beginning of his extraordinary legend.

A knight, a cat, a dark elf, and so on. Together with several unique companions, his training to regain his “world’s first rank” now begins.
