Spirit's Ascension - Chapter 6—Humbled

The live show, Survive in Wilderness was a hit.

There were thousands of participants in the game show. They would all start by parachuting from a plane and land randomly in a primary forest.

The participants would have to rely only on a backpack, a water bottle, and a dagger to survive.

Yu Beier was only eight years old when he joined the game show so that he could buy the cure for his ill mother with the prize money. He was the youngest to have ever participated, and he had accidentally woken up a wilderness survival system.

When the show started, the viewers were utterly shocked. From climbing the tallest mountain to crossing the ocean, conquering the forest and swamp, and managing an island, there was nothing that Yu Beier could not do.

“Dude! That eight-year-old boy is living a much more interesting life than us!”

“Yu Beier is the apex among men!”

“Whenever I see his stream, it feels like I’ve just lived an extra life!”

Awesome, I'm gonna catch a nap after lunch, and bam! Kidnapped.Of course, the damn floating screen in front of me tells me it's a once-in-a-lifetime 'job' opportunity as a streamer for all realities, living epic adventures, and whatnot.Well... except for the part where I couldn't refuse and kinda ended up in a damn forest with just the clothes on my back, I have no freakin' clue where I am, besides the fact that I'm no longer on my damn beloved planet, and apparently, there'll be a frickin' endless number of people watching me do everything?“I think I'm gonna have a freakin' aneurysm...”[...]It's my first time writing here, I've been wanting to write for a while now, so well, here we go. English is my third language, so there might be some mistakes or incorrect forms of writing, I apologize for that, if you notice any, please let me know, and I'll try to fix them.

Finally, I am also currently in the middle of editing and rewriting the first year, and perhaps other years. A lot of my early chapters are a rough read, and even I cringe reading them.
