Would you like to make a contract?” In “Phantom Heroes Online,” a VRMMO where in-game currency can be converted to real money, a man, worn out by society, decides to quit his job and earn a living through gaming. In this fantasy world of swords and magic, players contract with advanced AI NPCs, aiding and nurturing them. The protagonist, Zephyr, whimsically tells a young girl a lie, claiming to be her savior. Believing Zephyr to be the “god who rescued her from despair,” the yandere girl transforms into the formidable “Reaper Loli,” a top-tier berserker feared as the “Fanatic” across the continent. She rises to become one of the game’s top players, dominating the leaderboards. Unbeknownst to Zephyr and the other players, their actions in the game are actually leading to saving of another world.

She had a dream: the world was brimming with light. Family. School. Friends. Trains. Buses. Movies. Books. In that world of light, she grew into adulthood… and at the very end, in a white room, she fell into darkness. She awoke from the dream to find that she had become a demon. In the demon world, she lived a carefree life until she encountered a powerful being.

In the winter of Taikang Year 3, a girl pays a visit to her future in-laws, the Ning Family of Beiliu, Yangcheng.

After her engagement was denied, the girl decided to hang herself in front of the Ning Family to show them her sincerity.

When the girl who had died opened her eyes once more, many people’s fates were changed forever.

Throughout history, Humans have strived for greatness, not only in name but in deeds as well, and many failed to achieve it. It was no different in a Land of Dragons, Mythical beings, Knights, Mages, Demi-humans, and demonic beings. But their greatness came in a different form, a concept known as POWER. The power to conquer, to build, to control, to protect, and to love. Raffaelo Jun was a man born with a silver spoon, yet his sheltered upbringing prevented him from becoming the man he was meant to be. He was unable to achieve the greatness of the prestigious family of the Jun household and became a sight of ridicule. He was used for a while until he wasn’t, then discarded and killed for being a threat to the throne, but Fate had other plans. Reborn as a child, he starts over as the sole son of the Jun household, his actions brimming with intent. He had one goal: attain the power that he once ignored and stand on the precipice of human existence, to protect all that are dear to him. Note: It starts slowly until recent chapters. Interesting side characters, power systems, techniques, and a mixture of variety with the right blend.
