To reward Meng Fan for his bravery before his heroic death, the cosmos rewarded him with a ‘system’, sending him back in time to three months ago, alive.

This is the story where Urahara Kisuke died after Nel failed to save him inside Askin’s Gift Ball Delux and reincarnated in the world of DxD.

I am not sure if I can capture Urahara’s character properly so I apologize in advance if you are not satisfied.

All of the little animals told Ning Xiaoyao about Supreme Commander, Supreme Commander, Supreme Commander! So, Ning Xiaoyao believed that this Supreme Commander named Lou Zigui had to be a good guy. As to whether or not they were a match made in Heaven…
