Chapter 363: Hidden Quest
Like every other person on the planet, Dhruv hurriedly clicked on the notification and began reading its description.
---------
[Hidden Quest #01 - Exploring The Abyss has started]
[Description: In the wake of humanity’s failure to complete the ’Main Quest #03, the cosmos, rather than giving punishment, recognized the potential within their efforts. In a hidden act of mercy, a second chance was granted.
All existing dungeons across the planet will merge into a single, colossal dungeon known as the Dark Abyss. This formidable abyss will be situated at the center of the planet, offering equal opportunity for all to venture within its depths.
Clear condition: Kill the 80th floor boss
Time limit: None
Reward: According to your performance, <Expansion Of Cosmic Store> and <Ability to turn Cosmic Coins into Physical Coins>
Failure: None]
[Time left before the start of the second quest: 00:00:59]

’So we failed, huh!’ After hearing from his guardians, Dhruv had considered the possibility of failure, but having roots in humanity, there was still hope within him.
Alas... the hope was for nothing.
"I guess the cosmos decided to go easy on this one..." Dhruv whispered nonchalantly.
Unlike his usual self, he wasn’t really worried about the outcome of the quest this time. It was unusual but made sense considering how many more things there were for him to worry about.
So much was going on that he couldn’t focus on a single thing at one time...
’Hmm! The reward is interesting as well... the expansion of the cosmic store. Does this mean we can buy better quality items, or will the quantity increase?’ Dhruv thought. When he was satisfied with his guess, he turned to Aurora.
"Aurora, can you see this notification?" Dhruv asked, knowing she wasn’t included in the previous quest, meaning there was a chance that the cosmos would not include her in this one as well.
"Yes, master, I can see it..."
Before giving out each quest, the cosmos sweeps throughout the planet so no one misses it... this is done especially to add newborn babies. And because of this, Aurora was added to the list of quest-takers.
"Ohhh! Nice... can you explain the expansion of the cosmic store part then?" Dhruv asked.
"That means the cosmic store will have better items, like higher-tier gear, better potions, and some miscellaneous items as well," Aurora explained.
"Good... the coins will have some use then..." Dhruv whispered listening to her explanation,
After everything he turned back to the notification and began creating a plan on how to approach the dungeon. He was about to task Alaric with reconnaissance when another notification appeared in front of him.
[A Personal Quest has been opened.]
"Huh! What is this..." Before Dhruv could think about it, the quest opened, showing the content.
------
[Personal Quest #01 - Path To Abyss]
Description: Taking into consideration the distance, the cosmos has extended its hand to support you. You can summon a portal linking directly to the dungeon.
Clear condition: 100K Cosmic Coins for personal use or 1 Million Cosmic Coins for community use.
Time limit: None
Reward: A portal near the dungeon
Failure: None
------
"Are you guys seeing the same notification?" Dhruv asked, trying to be sure.
"Yes, master..." Everyone replied positively.
’Hmmm! What should I do then...’ Dhruv thought, trying to come up with a solution.
It was obvious that he would go to the dungeon to clear the floor... he was just trying to figure out the best time to do that.
Going at this moment would give him an advantage over those who don’t have coins, but on the opposite side, he would have to compete with people of equal strength.
’Fuck with that... from when I began getting afraid like this... I’m going in.’ Having enough of all the thinking, Dhruv moved out of the house and found a place appropriate for the portal summon.
Remembering the number of people on the island, it was economically better to choose the latter option. Paying 1 million CC to the quest, he began waiting for the portal to appear.
It hadn’t even been five seconds, and the space in front of him began to warp.
Pop!
Suddenly, something popped off and a portal materialized itself before the gang.
"Let me enter it first, master..." Not giving his master a chance, Alaric moved forward and decided to test the safety of the portal.
Dhruv nodded as Alaric entered the portal. A second later, he returned, saying there was nothing to worry about.
"Let’s go then..." he announced as everyone moved toward the portal.
Moving his feet, Dhruv entered and instantly felt a difference. Unlike entering the dungeon, he didn’t blank out here; instead, he was instantly teleported to the location.
"Woahh!.." he instinctively whispered, looking at the dungeon portal in front of him.
The portal in front of him was at least 20 meters tall and 10 meters wide. Its outer layer was made out of white stone, while everything else shimmered with golden light.
It looked like something out of this world... which it was.
’Isn’t this too much...’ Dhruv thought, noticing that a new portal was opening around the colossal portal every second.
Instead of going directly into the dungeon, he stopped and began listening to interesting conversations that were happening around him.
"Yes man... my guild is generous enough to create a portal for all of us with just 100 CC as a fee. What about you... aren’t you a lone hunter?" Ajeet asked.
"Yeah! You know how expensive buying a single level in stats is... so I was saving the coins, and who knew it would come in handy at this moment," he replied, laughing at his own luck.
Dhruv looked around as he found some people talking with their friends... some talking with their guildmates.
some were looking at the dungeon portal with the same intensity as him. Some looked nervous... some were confident... while some managed to hide their emotions perfectly.
Dhruv found some weak there... some were strong. There were people who were really strong as well.
As he was looking around, suddenly his gaze landed on the portal from where a man was getting out with his group.
’Triss!!..." His pupils expanded as an intense bloodlust permeated throughout the area.
