[BL] Seducing Male Leads To Survive As A Villain In A Novel
Chapter 393: The Force.
At least he should be relieved, right? He had finally saved everyone from Kyle. He had stopped him from causing any harm forever. He should be happy, at least.
But his heart was aching so badly at that moment. It felt like he had lost something extremely important to him. He felt like he had lost someone important again for the second time.
And his heart ached in the pain of the loss as tears ran free. He didn’t understand it, and he didn’t know if he ever would.
While he knelt there, Lenny rushed to his side. He took a quick glance at his body and then felt his hand. Lenny was surprised.
"Huh? You’re okay..."
Felix and Eden slowly broke free from the hug as they stared down at Lenny, who was still shocked.
"You... didn’t you use your essence core? If so... then you should have faded off by now. But you’re okay. Your body is rather coming back to normal, and you’re getting better as if nothing happened... how is that possible?" Lenny blinked, happy and confused at the same time.
But Eden smiled slowly and lazily as he said, "I’m the Wizard of El, have you forgotten?" He asked as he patted him on the head. "Anything is possible with me."
Lenny blinked, still uncertain of what to believe.
But Eden didn’t think he was going to tell them what really happened. He certainly wasn’t sure he was going to tell them how he was still okay.
His memory only recalled them.
After Kyle had said his words, "So pretty..." He smiled at Eden as he brought up his hand covered with ash light. And then he pressed that hand against Eden’s chest.
Eden stared at him in shock. He wanted to ask what he was doing, but he was too weak to even speak. He simply watched as Kyle transferred every last ounce of core essence and life he had to him. He didn’t completely use or destroy his own in the fighting process; he could have revived it through healing if he had left there. But he didn’t. Rather, he sacrificed his life and gave it all to Eden.
And then he smiled and said his last words to him: "This is a gift... you should live." And then he fell backward.
Eden stared into the distance for a while, thinking about it.
"What matters now is that he’s fine..." Adrian said as he stared at Felix. "And you too... that both of you are safe and fine now..."
Lysander nodded, wiping off the tears from his eyes. "I thought I was going to lose you, Eden. I was really worried... I..." He sniffed.
But Eden smiled at him. "Don’t worry, I’m okay. I’m right here, aren’t I?"
While they talked for a while, Lenny suddenly felt some energy around them. The cat turned and looked around as he said, "Do you guys remember what happened during the fight? The energy that saved us from that purple ray from Eden’s sword?"
Helen nodded. "I felt the energy there throughout the fight. It was helping us."
Adrian also nodded. "Yes, I did. I think without it, we would have been dead meat."
"What could that have possibly been, though?" Elvis asked.
While they speculated what it could be and Felix was busy checking up on Eden’s body for any bruises, Eden on the other hand was lost in thought.
He also felt the energy, even though he didn’t know what it was. He knelt there for a while, thinking about what this energy could possibly be.
And as he thought, he kept staring into the distance for a while until he finally saw it. The energy taking a form.
Eden blinked as his eyes lit up. He gasped softly as he pointed in the direction. "Him..."
Immediately, everyone turned to stare at the back view of a man walking away from them. He was far, so it was a bit hard to see who this man was.
But from the back, it was clear that he was a young man in black attire. He was staggering. It was clear that he was hurt and couldn’t move properly. One could even see blood dripping from his sides as he moved.
"That’s... the energy that helped us?" Lysander asked.
Eden slowly nodded. He was certain because he felt the same energy.
And although no one knew who he was, they stared for a while watching him go into the distance. Everyone except Lenny.
At that moment, Lenny had suddenly recognized him from behind. Like a pull of energy, he felt himself taking a step forward, and then another.
They stared at the cat, confused, as it began running toward this man who was staggering to leave.
The cat ran toward him as pinkish dust began appearing around him. As the cat ran, the pink dust circled him completely until he finally took human form.
The pink-haired Lenny in human form was now the one running, running toward the young man with all the strength and energy in him.
Lenny didn’t understand why he was running. He didn’t understand why his eyes were already getting watery. He didn’t understand why he was getting emotional to get to this person. But his heart did as it wished as soon as he knew who this was.
And as he reached closer, he called out this person’s name. "Marcus!" 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎
He arrived, but Marcus had already lost his strength. Marcus fell backward without any strength to hold himself. And as he fell backward, Lenny caught him.
Lenny sat on the floor as Marcus fell on his lap. He caught him, holding him firmly as he stared into his face—surprised, confused, and wrapped in complex emotions.
The others stared at them, confused and shocked. They didn’t know Lenny could actually take human form, except Eden and Helen. And so they stared in shock for a while as Leo asked, "Marcus? And who is that...?"
"Adrian’s younger brother," Helen responded as Adrian stared at him, confused.
"My brother?"
